** Amika's P.O.V**

"Where exactly are we going?" I ask as we drive by rich, gated houses. "I never been this far from the city."

"This is where I'm gonna live after college," he says pointing towards the biggest house on this block. "I want everyone to look up to us."

Us?

I look over at him. He doesn't look my way but I know he meant to say that.

Us

That word sticks to me and I feel.....

I don't know how I feel. He can't mean that. He just trying to fuck with me. No guy has ever offered to take me out and I'm used to it. Less drama and less head aches.

He'll see how much of a freak I am and won't speak to me anymore.

And I'm perfectly fine with that.

I have to be.

"We're here," he says and I look up from my phone.

A tall gray building towers high, the suns rays bouncing off the tall windows. People in suits and dressy clothes walks in and out of the doors; some greeting each other and others busy on the phone to shake anyone's hand.

I look down at my dark jeans and my Pierce the Veil t-shirt. "I dont think I can walk in like this." Why the hell didn't he tell me where we was going?

Why the hell didn't I ask?

He Parks the car in front of the building. I look over at him and his eyes meet mine. "You look great." He grabs my chin and smiles. "Don't worry."

My heart starts racing and he starts leaning into me.

No no no no no.........

I sneeze and move my face away from him. He wipes his face with his hand.

"Omg I'm so sorry," I rush and say. "I didn't mean to-"

"Its OK," he says, forcing a smile on his face. "Perfect timing I guess."

He opens the door and step out and I do to.

Perfect timing....... right.
