**Karen's P.O.V**
"I DONT WANT NO BODY BUT YOU!" I scream at the top of my lungs. "KISSING ON MY TATTOOS!!!!!"
Amika covers her ears and groan.
"Please stop," she groans. "Its too damn early for this."
"I DONT WANT NO BODY BUT ME!! TALKING TO YOU!!! UNTIL YOU FALL ASLEEP!!!!"
We both spin around at the voice. A tall dark skinned guy looks at us and winks. I blush fiercely and turn back around.
"Creep," Amika mumbles but I can see the smile on her face. "You trynna get with that?"
I sip my coffee and she laughs. We're at Dunkin Donuts waiting on Amika's man to arrive. Our bags sit under the table and some sits in chairs. Xavier was supposed to be here five minutes ago, but I'm not complaining. Its snowing outside and most people are having problems with their cars now-a-days. I just hope he don't cancel on us.
I stare out the window at the college campus. A lot of shit happened here and I'm planning on remembering every last bit of it.
College students walk from the campus with bags and start to head inside the warm Donut shop down the street. Cars start to pull up so I can't see anyone's faces. Looking to my right, I spot a familiar face and almost wish I hadn't looked.
Charles rolls his suit case down the walk way and and crosses the street to a black Toyota. Inside the car I can see Brandons face in the passenger seat but I can't make out the person behind the wheel. My eyes drifts back to Charles and our eyes meet.
My heart starts pounding and I look away. My hands gripping my cup starts to shake and I slide them inside my coat.
Its been over a month since me and Charles broke up. Don't get me wrong I'm still pissed about it and would claw his face off if I can, but there's still this part of me that wants him. He knows more about me than my own Father or Mother and now that he's gone...... I don't even know if there's another guy out there for me.
I stare down at my coffee and Amika pokes my cheek with her finger.
She leans into my ear. "What that booty do?"
I shove her back and we both laugh. The door opens and Xavier walks inside. Amika squeals and I cover my ears. A huge smile appears on his face as Amika rushes over to him and jumps in his arms. I watch them as he falls back against the door and squeeze the life out of each other.
Me and Charles used to do that.
I can feel the tears in my eyes and I quickly wipe them away. Standing, I force a smile on my face and walk over to them.
I punch him in the arm. "How dare you have my B.F.F.T.L.E.W.E sitting here worrying about you!? She almost had a heart attack!"
He laughs. "I'm sorry. I knew how much Amika loved gummy bears so I went out and bought some."
"Aw!!" Amika covers her mouth. "Your so sweet." She wraps her arms around his neck and pulls him down to her lips.
I roll my eyes and smile. Kids.
I stand there awkwardly, waiting for them to get finished with their moment. Finally, they pull apart and I look at a blushing Amika and a fiercely blushing Xavier.
"Anyway....." I start, crossing my arms. "I hope the car is full because we were planning on going shopping for some things before we move in our houses."
He looks outside at the snow. "You sure you want to shop now? Looks like a snow storm is coming."
"Yup, pretty sure." I open the door and the cold blows inside. "Nothing we've never seen before, right?"
