Grace pov
After i stormed after yelling at Lucas I get a call from my mom. I answer the phone and can hear her crying.
"Mom what wrongs?" I said into the phone.
"it's ur grandmother she's sick. We have to go to back to Texas to help her." My mom cries into the phone.
After what my mom said I almost dropped my phone onto the ground.
"what happened is she okay?" I asked worriedly. "she is going to be okay we hope." My moms says.
We hope we the heck does that mean. I rushed home and my mom is sitting in her room crying. I run in to comfort her. " you need to pack your things we leave for Texas in 2 day. So you need pack quickly." My mom tells me as I'm trying to comfort her while tears start streaming down my face. "ok. But what how are we going to get there." I ask my mom. "we are going to fly there just like when we left." My mom says looking at me while her wiping tears away. I quickly go to my room to pack for Texas. When I was packing I get a call from Lucas. What a surprise. Notice the sarcasm.

L- look I'm really sorry for everything.
Please just forgive.
G- you expect me to believe you after you left me.
L- please. Can we just talk?
G- fine. What do you want?
L- can you come over to Riley's place?
G- can it wait till tomorrow! I have to pack for Texas!
L- wait why are you going to Texas?
G- my grandmother is sick and my mom and I have to help her.
L- okay fine. I will come over to your place but I'm bringing my friends.
G- okay.
I tell Lucas where I live and within 30 minutes he arrives with riley, maya, farkle, mr. Matthews and some dude that I have never seen before. Lucas walks in with the others. " who is he?" I say pointing to the tall dude standing by mr. Matthews. "Grace this is Shawn Hunter" Lucas says to me. " Shawn as in the guy that left me and my mother all alone" I shout at Lucas. My mom came out and saw Shawn standing there and she almost punched in the face
But I push her back. "I'm my defense I didn't know she was pregnant in the first place!" Shawn says as I push mom away from him. "What are you doing here Shawn?" my mom says angrily.
" well Cory here called and told me that I have a daughter and I wanted to know who she is." Shawn says to my mom. " how did know Mr. Matthews know that Shawn is my father?" I say turning to Lucas. "I'm sorry I had to tell him! I thought you always wanted to your father was!" Lucas says to me
