Grace pov
Lucas and Alex both standing by the door clapping.
" What are guys doing out here?" I ask them panting from dancing.
"Well we came in here to see if you were okay but we heard music coming in here so came in here and saw you dance." Alex said.
"Ok" was all I said before I walked out and into the house. Grandpa was downstairs I guess he woke up when I was dancing. I went into the fridge and grabbed the tea I put in there earlier. I started to drink my tea I walked over near the counter and leaned against when my mom said
"Grace your grandma she- uhh um she's gotten... worse" In between crying and try to catch her breath. I almost dropped my tea. I ran into the living room to find Alex. I didn't see him so I ran upstairs in his 'room'. He was sitting in 'his' bed with his computer watching something. Whatever he was watching he immediately paused when he saw I was crying. He walked over to me and hugged me and pulled into the bed and I told him everything that my mom said. He listened to me this is why he is such a great friend. He always listens to you no matter what you are talking about. After I told him everything he got up without saying a word and walked out of the room. I stayed in the room Alex came back with rocky road in his hand. I smiled at him. He came over to me and gave me the Rocky road. We ended up watching random stuff on YouTube and Netflix until we fell asleep cuddling.
-morning-
I wake up to arm being wrapped around my waist. I started to freak but then the memories came back from last night. I turned around to see Alex still asleep. I quickly but slowly so I won't wake him got up. I walk into the bathroom and switch on the light I look into the mirror. My hair is a mess, bags under my eyes, my makeup all smudged from crying last night. Ugh. I rinsed off the makeup and fixed my hair. I did my business and walked out of the bathroom. I noticed Alex was awake but just on his phone. When he saw me put away his phone a sat up
" good morning beautiful." He said making me blush.
"Morning" was all I said before walking out to go to my room and change.
