Twenty-five

(Btw the National Academy Of Dance is based of the school in dance academy so the set for the show is the same for the school. Idk if it is a real school. Also I haven't seen dance Academy in a while so if I don't describe it well just tell me)

Beep beep beep
I turn off my alarm and cover my head with my covers. But Kat has a different idea. "Hey grace! Wake up!" She shouts in my ear. She pulls off the covers that I was cuddled underneath. "Did you really have to do that?!" I shout but not to loud. "Yes because you're going to be late for your first day of school!" Kat says getting all excited. I roll my eyes and get out of bed and get dressed.

I pack my ballet clothes, shoes, my water bottle, headphones, first aid since all dancer need them just in case, and my phone. I walk into the kitchen and fix me a little breakfast.

After I eat I put my dish up and grab my bag. I say goodbye to Kat and start heading to the subway station to catch the train to the school.

Once I get there I sat down on the train and waited. I eventually got bored and went on my phone.

It was finally my stop. I got and walked out and I checked the time. Shit. School starts in like 20 mins. I ran all the way to school. By the time I got there I was out of breath.

I took out my water bottle and took a sip. I looked around the lockers were a teal color, everyone was running and walking around to get to their class.

Girl with tutus on, guy with tights on. Which seemed kind of funny because one guys tight's were to tight.

I look at my schedule and see my first class is ballet. I look around for the changing room and see the girl's changing room.

I walk in their and put on my ballet clothes. I feel so uncomfortable doing this though. Because all the girls are basically staring at my body and I have always been insecure about my body.

After I finish getting dressed I walk into the ballet studio. It was huge (a/n:hehe) they were a lot of awards on one wall with shelves and speakers, one wall isn't a wall it looks like a sliding door, one with a mirror and one wall had bars to warm up.

I put my bags down and go warm up. It's probably obvious that I'm new here. Jacob, Alex's roommate, sees me and taps a guy on the shoulder and points at me.

Alex turns around and sees me. He walks over to me and sit by me and so does Jacob.

"So I'm guessing you two are friends know?" I say to them. "Yea of course it would be awkward if I didn't like him I mean I live with him" Alex says. "Ok that is true but I have heard of people hating their roommates" I say to him and Jacob agrees with me.

We get and walk towards the middle well actually Jacob pulls me to the middle. I notice a middle aged woman walking into the studio. She was wearing a brown skirt that went to her stomach almost and blue top. She starts the music and we start to dance.

-skip to lunch-
We all were outside eating lunch. Jacob and Alex were sitting by me. It was very pretty here. Since I was running to the school I didn't notice how beautiful it was. You could jump into the ocean if you wanted to. People were all sitting with their friends and eating lunch. It was pretty windy outside so everyone's hair was a mess. I'm pretty sure mine is too. Alex hair is pretty much a mess too and so is Jacob's. 

It was time for hip hop class so we got and threw our trash away and walked inside. I went to girl's locker room and Alex and Jacob went wherever. I changed into my dance outfit and went to the class.

-skip to after school-
I finished all of my classes and went back home. Kat was waiting for me on the couch. Geez I swear she is like my mom sometimes. I went into our room and put my bag up and went back into the living room and watched tv until mom came home and fixed us dinner, then we went to bed.
