A familiar feeling..

Trish's POV

He asked me if he could drop me off my house because my bestfriend who's suppose to take me home had too much alcohol and is probably eating his boyfriend's face.

"So, are you ready to leave?" Kellin asked. I can see in his eyes that he really wants to spend the time with me through the night. "So where do you live?" I asked him, breaking the awkwardness in his car. I gained my posture although I'm sleepy. "Just a few blocks away from here. It's not that far. Why?" He replied, I can sense that he was shy from the nervousness in his voice.

"Do you wanna hang out in your house first? I'd like a movie." I told him, not knowing where my confidence to ask him came from. But it all faded away instantly. I was getting ready for his 'NO' when he said, "I'd love to!" The excitement in his face that made me grin widely. He was happy. I didn't know why I even cared. I barely know this person. What if he was a homicidal maniac? What if he's a rapist? So many possibilities went to my thoughts all of a sudden. Until I noticed I was covered in sweat.

Kellin's POV

I can't bear the fact that she's coming to my house. She asked me straight forward. She's full of self confidence. I admire her for that.

Shortly after, we arrived at my house. It's not much. It's pretty plain. But I loved it. "Your house is beautiful." she mumbled. She probably thought I didn't hear it. I quickly jumped out my car went around and opened her door for her. I seem to be a real gentleman around her. I felt comfortable. We were both silent as we went inside, I offered her food but she just shook her head. Is she really that quiet?

"Hey. May I use your bathroom?" She asked. I quickly led her to her way and she closed the door.

I cant help but think of the reason what made her sad. She's in pain. I can tell. I just dont wanna ask. Maybe later.

Trish's POV

I'm finally here. It's huge! I wonder what he does for a living. I didn't really wanna go and pee. I just wanna let my excitement out here where he can't see me. I can't remove the smile on my face on the thought that I'm with him and not some horny drunken man. All of a sudden, I felt dizzy. Feeling all sad and hurt again of what Johnny did to me. I need to ease this out. I calmed myself down and went to the living room where I found him preparing chips, some soda and some CD's.

Kellin's POV.

She came out finally. It's been a good 8 minutes in there. What did she do?

"You have one hell of a house. Care to explain how you can afford this huge house? You must sell drugs to afford this." She said sarcastically. I chuckled then said, "I'm in a band. We've been touring around lately. I picked to buy a simple house here so I couldn't be easily found. People here are peaceful and they don't seem to notice me." I was still laughing at her question. Selling drugs? Nah.

"Well you must be hella famous! A simple rockstar couldn't just afford this." She laughed with a smirk on her face whilst examining the objects that's near her. She seems amused by it. Then she continued, "My bestfriend's boyfriend is in a band too! And they're fucking famous! They're both from London, but my bestfriend mo--" I cut her off when I exclaimed "Woah! He's from London??? Is he from the band Beatles??" I was just joking and she rolled her eyes on me. It surprises me how she's opening up now. She's comfortable which I was relieved because I thought she'd be silent all through out the night. Then she went on talking while walking around. Now I see while sometimes she has a little bit of a British accent when she talks. "Anyway, she moved her to finish her studies but she was too lazy and she met Ben. He just wouldn't get off her back. He wanted her so much. They're together for six years now. Although sometimes Kevs finds out from news and friends that Ben was sleeping with a hooker but eventually she'll forgive him. She just doesn't like to watch their band's music videos because mostly Ben was always with a hooker. I--" I, again, cut her off because she was talking too much. "Are you ever going to finish? And your bestfriend's name is Kevs? Short for.... Kevyn?" I asked with narrowed eyes and with confusion.

"Well yes that's her name. Kinda unusual but it suits her personality either way. And her boyfriend's name is Ben Bruce. I guess you've--" She jumped when I yelled "Oh My God! Ben Bruce?! From Asking Alexandria?!" she nodded quickly, kind of nervous, "I tour with him most of the time especially on Warped." I told her, calming my voice because I felt like I startled her.

She widened her eyes with excitement to say, "No shit? Oh my god. You need to meet Kevs! You'll love her. I mean, dont love her. Ben's gonna kill you. But you'll like her definitely! She's amazing." I nodded to agree that we'd see them tomorrow. And then we proceeded on watching tv while I sit beside her inches away because I didn't wanna take up her personal space.
