Chapter 19

Len P.O.V.

I smashed my lips onto Tei and she stood there her face bright red and her eyes wide open. I kissed her more passionately and she closed her eyes however I kept mine open.

I pulled away slowly and she was as red as a tomato.
"W-what just happened?" she asked.
"Tei, would you like to go on a date with me tomorrow?" I asked.
"E-ehhhh?" She said surprised "But Gumi-chan... you.."
"It's over with Gumi." I said, with that a small smile appeared on her face.
"Sure then! I'd love to go!" She grinned.

I smiled then walked towards past the tree, Tei returned to her friends and I walked off and was stopped by Miku.
"Y-YOU IDIOT! NO WONDER WHY GUMI HATES US!" She yelled at me. With that her warm hand met with my face in a violent slap. "YOU CHEATED ON HER YOU JERKFACE! HOW COULD YOU?!" She said blue tears rolling down her face.
"Miku..." I muttered. There was complete silence as she just glared at me with eyes that where red from crying.
"I get that your sister... She's... Not well bu-"
"Not well! Did you really just say that. Rin's dying you moron. She's dying and Gumi doesn't want to know. But anyway that's not the point! I am not a cheat. Gumi's been ignoring us, so I went to find some other options." I muttered.
"Other options?" She scoffed "Is that what girls are to you, other options?" She paused "Len Kagamine, what happened to the boy who was in Love with Gumi who got into a fight with Honne over her?" She asked.

I looked down at my shoes.
"I know he's still there." she muttered then walked off.

He left last night at the hospital. Like hell is he still there.

Gumi POV

I was sat at the table and Yukari was talking about dying her hair blonde.
"Don't die your hair." Yuma muttered.
"Why not?" She asked.
"Because Yuzuki Yukari is seen with purple hair not freaking blonde, your hair looks perfect without it being dyed." he smiled. Yukari blushed and smiled.
"Th-thanks Yuma-kun." she stuttered.

That's when I noticed that they pretty much are in love with each other.
"Are you guys, like a thing?" I asked looking at them.

Yuma went a colour that matched his fluorescent pink hair and Yukari did too.
"Me with this idiot!" Yuma laughed. "Are you joking?" He asked.
"Y-Yeah! Yukari-chan has standards, and Yuma-kun doesn't fit any of them!" Yukari said.

Yuma's face changed slightly when Yukari said that.

"You guys!" Lapis giggled. "You guys are totally in love."

"Speaking of love! Aren't you going out with Kagamine Len?" Miki asked.
"Um, we where but we broke up." I said.
"Why?" Merli asked in her usual monotone voice.
"Do you want me to smash his face into the ground?" Yuma asked.
"What? Why?" I asked.
"If anyone hurts anyone on this table then they should prepare to die..." he muttered.
"He didn't hurt me... I broke it off with him." I mumbled.
"Ehh? But Kagamine and Gumi-chan where so adorable! Why?" Yukari asked.
"I-it doesn't matter, it's just I had to." I said with a smile.
"Speaking of the devil." Yuma said.

In came Len with a red cheek.
"What happened to him?" Merli asked.
"I hope he dies in a hole..." Yuma muttered.
"He looks like he's just been slapped." miki asked worriedly.

I looked at him and his blue eyes met mine. I immediately looked away.

It was now four and school finished an hour ago. I wonder how Rin's doing.

I picked up my phone and soaked the number for the hospital.
"Hello."
"Hi, I was wondering if your patient Kagamine Rin has any visitors?" I asked.

There was a moment of shuffling and then the lady on the phone replied.
"Not at the moment no." she said.
"Okay, thanks!" I said.

I got my shoes on and got a taxi to the hospital.

In twenty minutes I was at the door of Rin's room. There I saw Rin alone in that room with tubes in her nose.

I walked in and sat on a chair right next to her. I could hear the constant beeping of the heart monitor.
"Hi Rin." I said.

There was no reply.

"It's Gumi." I said. "I Don't know if you can hear me. But if you can I just want you to know we all miss you."

Again there was no reply.

The once bubbly girl was here staring death at its face.
"Rin. Please wake up." I said trying not to cry. "This is all my fault. I just, You can't die, just wake up, please." I say. I grabbed hold if her hand and held it tightly. "Rin, please forgive me! This is all my fault! I ca-"

The door opened and in came Len with Tei.

Tei. Why for the love of carrots was she here?

"Bye Rin." I muttered. I got up and started walking.
"Gumi wait!" Len called. This scenario is to similar. I turned around and saw Len looking at me. I raised an eyebrow as if to say 'what' and he held Tei's hand.
"We can all stay here, the four of us, can't we?"
"I've got studying." I muttered "See you later Sukone, see you later Kagamine."

With that I walked away. I got home and sat down watching TV.

At about 8 pm I went to bed exhausted.

A text message at three in the morning woke me up.
'Ohayo! Sorry to wake you up if I did Gumi-chan! I forgot to tell you there's a party going on tomorrow at Yuma-kun's house, he wanted me to ask you if you would like to go! Oh by the way please don't be worried I got your phone number from Momo!

From Yukari Yuzuki! (Yukari-chan!)

I sighed. A party sounds fun, why not? I mean it's very unlikely my stalker is going to be at the party, plus to be honest they just didn't want me around my old friends.

I need to find out who the guy sending me the messages are.

Then things can go back to normal. Sort of.

Rin will get better, Len and I will be close friends, I'll get to know Tei, everything will be okay.

I fell back asleep and at ten am I got a phone call
"Hello?" I asked
"Hi is this Gumi Megpoid?"
"Yes."
"We just want to say that Rins condition of deteriorating. She may not make it."

I almost cried writing this...

I don't think what helps was I was halfway through the girl who leapt through time and watched Origins Spitits Of The Past yesterday...

My heart can take anymore trauma.
