"My name is Era...Nice to meet you everyone!".
I bow my head slightly as I'm introducing myself before my new classmates by standing in front of a blackboard as teacher Callie has told me to.
"Era has ever studied at a popular school before she moved to our school,that school is for the intelligent student only" Teacher Callie adds
"Please...You don't need to mention about that" I turn to talk with teacher Callie,I don't want her to say something more about my old school.Just then I hear a voice from one of my classmates resounds
"Why did you change your school?"
"....!!!" My eyes are widened by that straight question. It reminds me to the thing that has happened to my old school. I can't help,but being shut. Just then the another man's voice resounds once again.
"Maybe she's just not intelligent anymore"
W-what?!! Why is he so direct?!! The words of him not only makes me can't reply,but it makes me can not move either. I stand still until the another voice starts resounding again.Now what is the sentence of this time going to be like? Then I shut my eyes,actually I want to shut my ears too,but I should not do that.
"Josh!!You shouldn't say something like that to her!"
when I heard that,I quickly open my eyes to look for where that voice come from.Just I'm turning to face to the person who said it and finally,I find out whose that voice is..
"...Byron!" I murmur to myself as realizing that is a man who I have just met at the ground of the school. I still remember his smiling face when he did talk with me,but right now his face is so serious while he's staring at the person who seems to name 'Josh'
"Don't you think it's too much to say such a thing to the person you have just met?!". He continues speaking to Josh with a disrespectful voice
"Don't mind me.I'm just kidding". Josh shrugs his shoulders.Then he turns his face toward me and says
"I'm sorry about what I have just said before" his face looks pretty ashamed
"N-no..never mind...Actually what you have said before is kind of true...Heh-heh". I laugh it off,just don't want to talk about these anymore.
"Alright enough talking. Everyone,Era is a new student so take care of her...So Era, let have a seat"
Teacher Callie talks with me and then points at the table where is the last one in the classroom.And she speaks once again
"Would you mind sitting over there?"
"Yes,thank you teacher"
Then I walk toward to where my seat is. It's a little far from a blackboard,but at least this seat is near the window.I really want to watch the view outside. When I finished walking and then have a seat, I look around the classroom, just then I notice that the person who sits next to me is..
"...Byron!!!" I call out his name as I did not mean to. He turns to face at me with his usual smile.
"What is it?" His voice is so calmly
"N-nothing...I-I just didn't expect...that you sit here" I talk to him sound nervous
"W-what?! You did not realize that I sit next to you all along?! I didn't expect that I was ignored by you too!...It's pretty sad...Maybe you don't want me to sit next to you..."
He says,his face looks disappointed. I should not let him misunderstand like this
"N-no! It was my false that did not notice earlier...I didn't mean I don't want you to sit next to me and.."
"So you want me to sit next to you then?" He interrupts me before I could finish my speech.
"..!!!"
My eyes are widened, I'm so surprised....His word makes me turning red a little bit
"I-It depends on you where you want to sit...I-I can't decide it.."
I say shyly. Then a big smile appears on his face
"If you said so...then I want to sit next to you like this until the end of the term. Is it ok?" He grins at me
"D-don't tease me"
"I'm not teasing you. I really meant to". his words make my heart beats fast.That was so surprised and I can feel my face is getting hot by blushing.
"Alright everyone! Let's set up a classroom's rep. Who do you think is the best to become one?". Teacher Callie's voice cuts off our conversation
"I suggest Merry,she has ever been a classroom's rep for two years.She has more experience".
A student says with a confident face.
"Merry can you?". Teacher asks
Then a girl who seems to name 'Merry' stands up from her seat where is next to Byron's.
"I can do it...but I think I would not be able to do all of the functions only by myself..I think we should set up a deputy rep too"
"Yes, that's a good idea!" Says teacher
"What about we set Byron as a deputy rep?". She turns her face to Byron who is sitting next to her and smiles at him
"W-what?! Me..?!" He repeats with a confusing face
"Can you Byron?" Teacher asks.
Then Byron is silent for a while and then he starts speaking
"...fine.."
"Alright! Does everyone agree?"
Teacher asks
"Yeah!!!"
While I was agreeable with everyone,I hear a sigh comes from the person who is next to me...It was Byron. I turn toward him,at the same time he also turns to face me.Then our gaze meets at once.We both do not say anything...I should say something
"..Eh..!!". Just when I began to speak,he also began speaking at the same time as me once again. It makes us stop for a sudden and both of us are turning red.At last we end up turning away,refusing to face at each other. Why do we have to be so embarrassed anyway.
"W-what it is?" I begin speaking first. Just want to break the silence between us
"N-never mind...You seem want to say something too...what is it?" He asks me sound pretty nervous
"W-well....T-thank you for helping me"
"Huh? Thank about what?"
"That time,when I had an introduction you did say instead me,it was really helpful"
"Oh! That time...I didn't do anything much.The words Josh has said is made you so discreditable.I was just can not endure about what he said.It was too much"
"Heh-heh...but it was pretty true"
Then Byron turns back at me and then says
"Please don't mind him.He's kind of direct person,sometime a little to much"
"He sure is" I respond to him and then we end up laugh all together.
"I really thank you Byron,you're so kind,you really are a good guy"
I say with a big smile on my face.Then I notice Byron's face is getting red,more and more.Or am I just imagining?
"You're so unfair,smiling like that"
I see him whispering to himself, his voice was so low, I almost can not hear.
"Sorry,did you say something?". As I ask him so,he looks so surprised and then hurries to turn away from my gaze
"N-nothing...nothing at all"
I worry what is it,but Byron seems nervous,so I decide to do not ask him more.

As Byron and Era are enjoying their conversation.A girl who sits next to Byron is staring at them with a abominate look on her face while staring at Era.
