A harsh knock to Lauren's door pulls her from her thoughts. The loud thumping doesn't stop with a moments time as Lauren tries her hardest to ignore the sound. "Can you fuck off?" She finally yells as the pounding on her door increases along with the pounding in her head.

"Fuck," The raven haired girl sighs as she stands from her crumpled position on the floor in the hall of her apartment. She frustratedly wipes the tears from her eyes before huffing and unlocking the door.

"What the fuck do you-" Lauren begins as she whips the door open. She's quickly cut off by the air being sucked from her lungs at the presence before her.

Camila stood on the other side of the threshold with tears staining her cheeks and a determined look in her eye. The tears totally contradicted her expression as she looked up at the older girl. Her full lips parted slightly as she raised her finger to point in Lauren's direction in an accusing manner.

"You..." She starts as her chocolate orbs take in Lauren's appearance. Lauren raises her brows, dreading the impending words from the girl. "You can't just...You can't just fucking leave after saying those things!" She shouted, frustrated at the both of them as she stormed past the older girl and into the apartment.

Lauren sighs as she turns around to close and lock the front door. Although Camila was yelling and outraged at her, Lauren couldn't stop the way her body was thriving from being in her presence.

"Look at me." Camila whispers as she studies the older girls back, her dark waves cascading over her shoulder blades.

Lauren's hand slides from its place on the door as she takes several steps backwards before fully turning to face the smaller girl before her. When emerald met chocolate orbs every ounce of anger was beginning to thin from the air. The taller girl took a chance, reaching out and gently wiping away Camila's tears with the pad of her thumb.

The younger girl tried to desperately grasp onto the rage that was hurriedly floating from her reach. "You can't do this." She weakly swats Lauren's hand away as her skin tingles where the older girls fingertips once roamed.

"Why?" Lauren whispers as she steps into the smaller girls space.

Camila innocently looks up at Lauren's face as the tears continue to spill. Why was she still crying? "You...You left after everything that you said." Camila finally answers.

"You were with James." Lauren retaliates in a gentle tone which was totally out of character for her. "Do you know how much that killed me?" The raven haired girl questions as she cups the smaller girls chin.

"Now you know how it feels." Camila mumbles under her breath with a hint of sarcasm in her voice.

"What?" Lauren can't help but chuckle. She watches with interest as the girls gaze falls to the floor, a pink tint invading her cheeks. The raven haired girl thinks over everything said before arching her brows. "You were trying to make me jealous...because you were jealous of that girl."

Camila's gaze stays planted against the wood flooring as Lauren puts all the pieces together in her head. "You have feelings for me, Camila?" Lauren whispers as she leans in closer to the smaller girl. She hooks a strong arm around the younger girls waist, pulling her smaller body into hers. "Camila please answer," Lauren pleads as the silence slowly ties knots around her heart.

"Lauren please..." Camila finally answers after a few more beats of silence. "Don't do this to me."

"Do what?" Lauren asks, generally confused.

"I can't do this, I know I can't in my head but you keep on pulling me back in." Camila sighs as she walks out of Lauren's grasp.

"Yes you can," Lauren groans as she follows Camila into the kitchen.
