"I need details, Mila! Hit me on the word about Lauren."

"No you don't Normani," Camila giggles as she cleans up around the kitchen. "It's not that thrilling," Camila tries her hardest to shrug off the subject. The fact of the matter was that being with Lauren was far more than thrilling. They have refrained from kissing, from touching each other intimately. Being in Lauren's presence and getting to hold her hand and hold the taller girl close was so intoxicating to Camila she honestly didn't want to share that with anyone besides a certain green eyed girl.

Camila can't hide the blush on her cheeks as she thinks over the past two weeks she's spent so close to Lauren. "You're a horrible liar," Ally giggles from her place by the sink.

"I wasn't even with Lauren. Why do you assume I'm always with her." Camila groans as she turns around to face the two. "I could've been with James, or at a friends, or even with my parent-"

"The last is a lie don't even," Normani crosses her arms. "And we're your only friends."

"Not true!"

"Oh yeah, Dinah."

Camila rolls her eyes at Normani. "Jerk."

"Damn right, and you don't even have a thing for James."

"What makes you think I don't? What makes you think I have a thing for Lauren?" Camila crosses her arms knowing she's kept this information to herself.

"You're basically drooling over Lauren whenever she's around." Ally knowingly rolls her eyes before Normani intervenes.

"And you had to leave after seeing Lauren kissing that girl in the club. You were jealous." Normani smirks, "And now you've barely been home and you come back here all smiley and reeking of peppermint."

"You remember what she smells like?" Camila groans in annoyance as she turns toward the counter to hide her expression.

"She always smells like peppermint." Normani laughs at the smaller girls reaction, "And you basically just admitted to being with her."

Camila whips her head around to witness the smug smile gracing the dark skinned girls face. "I hate you."

"But you don't hate Lauren," Mani winks in Camila's direction as a loud knock sounds from the front of the apartment.

Camila shoots the pair a confused glance as she watches Ally grab a couple bowls from the cabinet. "Who's here?"

"I told you we were having a movie night." Normani shrugs with a seemingly innocent smile which Camila instantly sees through.

"You didn't."

"I did!" Normani confidently smiles before she shoves Camila from the kitchen. "Now go get the door."

Camila groans to cause a scene for the two girls, but on the inside she was jumping up and down at the thought of seeing Lauren today. Last night was the first night she couldn't stay over with Lauren in two weeks. Her bed felt cold and empty and she missed the embrace of the older girl. Once she was out of sight she bounded for the door and quickly whipped it open to reveal an ecstatic Dinah.

She excitedly jumped into the apartment causing Camila to burst out in a fit of giggles. "Movie night Chancho!" She jiggled a bag of movies around in her hand before running off to the kitchen.

Once Camila's eyes returned to the open door she watched Lauren shaking her head with an amused expression on her face as she watched Dinah disappear from sight. Camila took in Lauren's appearance, how she made leggings and a band t-shirt look like perfection, Camila will never know.
