Your POV
I pick the last box up, bringing it inside. I put it down, then shut the door.
"That's the last of em'!" I shout throughout the house. I then pick it up, walking into my - our, bedroom.
I set the box down, then looking up. Lauren is starring at a picture, smiling. I walk over and sit down next to her.
It's a picture of her and I at one of our friends - Harry and Louis's wedding. I was standing to Harry, Lauren next to me and Louis on the other side of Harry.
"That was a good day." I say.
"Yeah," she looks up at me. "It was, wasn't it?"
----
"Guys this Austin, my boyfriend." I nearly choke at the sound of that. I look at Shawn, who has a sad expression on his face.
"Nice to meet you, Austin! I'm Ally!" Ally introduces herself, a bright smile on her face.
"Nice to meet you, Ally," Austin smiles. "Along with the rest of you."
"So, Austin," Lauren speaks. "How'd you and Camila meet?"
"We bumped into each other, actually," Austin starts. "Camila was just walking and she tripped - and I happened to caught her."
"Yep, sounds like Mila." Dinah jokes, causing Camila to pout.
"You're mean." Camila pouts. Lauren silently laughs from next to me, resting her head on my shoulder. I smile at Lauren, interlacing our fingers.
"You two are..?" Austin questions, trailing off while looking at us.
"Yep!" I grin, pecking Lauren on the cheek.
"Oh." He mumbles, shifting in his seat. "Cool." He fake smiles.
"Homophobic dick." I mumble under my breath, causing Lauren to laugh.
----
"He's a dick."
"Totally, he's an ass." I agree with Shawn.
"He's a homophobic little prick." Shawn mutters.
"Someone's jealous." Dinah laughs, looking at Shawn. "If you like Camila, why don't you just tell her?"
"I did!" Shawn exclaims. "We went on a date and everything, I just don't know what I did wrong."
"How many dates have you been on?" Bea asks.
"3."
"And you didn't ask her to be your girlfriend? That's what you did wrong!" I exclaim.
"It's to late now," he sighs. "She has Austin."
"Nope! That's not the Shawn I know!" Bea stands up, standing in front of Shawn. "The Shawn I know would fight for the girl! The Shawn I know would kill for the girl! Where is Shawn Mendes at?"
Shawn gazes at the wall, like he's thinking. I remember when Lauren said she wasn't gay. That was after the first time we kissed, and she avoided me. I confronted her and we argued and blah blah blah. But I fought for her, and look where we are now? Together. The same when she and Brad were together, I fought for her and it paid off.
"You're right," he mutters. "You're right! I'll be right back." He stands up, putting on his jacket.
"Woo! Go Shawn!" I clap as he walks out. I look down at Lauren, "I remember those days. The frustration of winning the girl. But you know what? It's worth it."
Lauren smiles up at me, pecking me on the lips.
"Nah, I was just playing hard to get." She gives me a teasing smile.
"Were you really now?" I chuckle. "So when I was out on your doorstep in the rain and you ran out -"
"Okay, at first I was, but then I fell in love with you."
I smile, "Who wouldn't? I'm amazing."
"Yes, that you are." She kisses me, smiling against it.
"We're still here." Dinah coughs.
"So?"
"So..stop with the cute lovey dovey shit, it makes me want a boyfriend or girlfriend." She mumbles.
"Oh, so Dinah Jane is gay now?" Normani questions, putting a fry in her mouth.
"I guess," she smiles. "But I think I just like to keep my options open."
