Your POV

"We're positive people."

"Positive! We can be positive!" Lauren takes a deep breath. "Positive energy in, negative energy out."

Bea laughs, "I can't wait to see how this turns out."

I look at her, "You should try it too."

Bea scoffs, "That means no judging people in my head or making fun of them, so no. Oh - and no smoking and drinking."

Well shit.

----

Negative energy and positive energy. Most people have negative energy, why? Because shit happens and it's easier to be mean to people. It's easier to say no or judge them.

I'm not saying you have to say yes to everything, but at least nicely say no.

Lauren decided to stay positive, for a week, at least. She made me do it with her. And that means no cursing, drinking, smoking or being rude.

This will be the hardest week of my life; because when I'm rude; it has sarcasm in it. So no sarcasm for me - awesome.

----

"Before we start this," I say. "Can I just say one last thing?"

"Sure." Lauren shrugs.

"You're a hippie." I say.

Lauren grins, "I know. But you're dating a hippie."

"God damn- I mean dang it, how do you turn that into something positive?" I mummer.

We walk into the bar, where all of our friends - and Austin, are. I sit down next to Shawn and Lauren next to me.

"Hey."

"Hi!" Lauren cheerfully says. What the actual hell. She's worst then Ally.

"Hi." I mumble, making Lauren nudge me. "I mean, hi!"

"Hello, what would you like to drink?" A waitress comes up to us.

"A bee-water." I forgot I can't have beer. The group looks at me oddly, seeing as I usually get a beer.

"Alright..what's going on?" Normani questions.

"Oh, they're staying positive. So, no cursing, drinking, smoking or saying anything rude." Bea explains.

Dinah snorts, "Y/N won't be able to make it." I glare at her. "Ah ah ah! Positive energy." She grins at me.

I groan, rubbing my temples.

"Leave her alone," Lauren defends me. "She can make it through, watch."

"Water, I have water." I mumble, taking a sip of it. "It's plain. I don't like it."

"Water is good for you!" Lauren exclaims.

"You're so lucky I love you, Jauregui."

"I-." Lauren sighs, cutting herself off. "Thank you, Y/N."

My eyes avert to the window, right, she doesn't love me.

----

Right now I want to say something. To Austin, in particular. He keeps checking out girls and it's bothering me, Camila is right next to him.

I look at Shawn, who is starring down at his food.

I internally groan. God damn it, why did I agree to do this? Camila is talking to Austin, and Austin isn't even listening.

I sigh and turn to Lauren, who is smiling while looking at her phone. She's on tumblr.

Shawn looks up, noticing Camila and Austin.

He sighs, "I'm gonna go home. See you guys later." And with that, he picks his coat up, leaves some cash and leave.

"What's up with him?" Austin questions. I roll my eyes.

"I don't know." Camila mumbles, taking a sip from her milk.

Bullshit.
