Peytons P.O.V
" As amusing as this has been, I believe i'm here for a reason? " The man at the doorway said.
Dereck sped over to the bed and grabbed the cover off of it and then came and wrapped it around me.
"Dude, you just ruined it!" The man said and then looked over at me and asked, " Babe, why dont we get out of here and we can go have our own fun?"
Before I could even respond, a very angry Dereck ran over there and pushed him out of the doorway and shut the door, locking it as well.
"Alex, im guesing?" I asked Dereck.
" The one and only. " he responded.
"Wow, hes really something."
Dereck laughed and then went over to the closet and grabbed a pair of my jeans and a black long sleeve. " Here why dont you save me the trouble of trying not to kill the man and go put this on. "
Laughing, I walked over to him and grabbed the clothing. I went into the bathroom and changed, I also brushed my hair and then brushed my teeth. I came out of the bathroom and Dereck had his back facing me while he was on the phone. I quietly started walking over to him, making sure to make no noise, at all. I was just behind him when he got off the phone.
"I know your behind me." He said, while turning around.
"Thats not fair how did you know?" I asked.
"You did good, until you got right behind me, your heart rate increased."
"Stupid vampire abilities. " I mutterd.
Dereck laughed and then bent down, so that his forhead was resring against mine. I leaned in further so that our lips touched. Dereck wasted no time to kiss me back. Neither of us wanted to be the one to break the kiss, and if we were both vampires, who didnt need to breathe to live we probbaly would have not broke it, but I was human and I needed to breathe. I broke away and wss trying to catch my breath.
"We better go out there before Alex catches us again. " I said.
Dereck sighed but knew I was right. He grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers together, as we walked out of the room.
"Ready to get some answers?" Dereck asked me.
"Definitely." I answerd back. And together we walked into the living room to finally get the answers we have been wanting.
