Blaise POV.
"ASSHOLE!" I yelled at the top of my lungs trying to ring the water out of my shirt. I looked up with a deadly look at my twin brother Mason who was laughing hysterically.
"I'm going to kill you!" I yelled getting up and lunging towards him.
He made it to the hallway before I tackled him and started throwing punches.
"Hey! Don't kill him on your first day of school!" My older brother Jared yelled pulling me off of Mason.
"Finally! I thought she was going to claw my eyes out!" Mason yelled at Jared.
"You shouldn't have messed with her." Nathan said with a shrug as he walked out of his room.
Let's take a second to pause here so I can explain a little bit.
My name is Blaise. No need for last names. I have three brothers.
One twin which is Mason, the jerk I'm trying kill. Nathan who is older, he's nineteen. He goes to college here in town and works at the local guitar shop.
And the oldest, Jerad who is twenty one and in charge. He's also in school and owns the local bar.
I have two loving parents who have problems of their own. My father is in prison for the second time since a year ago and my mother went on some self-finding journey after that. Which leaves Jared in charge.
My mother will drop in every once in a while.I'm a junior in high school and there's a lot to me on the inside. There's normal me and then there's the beast. The beast is a whole different personality I keep deep down inside me.
I don't look like your average seventeen year old, there's only a few others you'll find that look like me in my school. My father was a tattoo artist and he believes in free spirit, so I'm covered in tattoos. I guess you could say I look like an outcast or a badass, so people tend to steer clear of me. I guess that explains why I only have a select few friends, but I'm not complaining.
Anyway, that's all you need to know for now.
"I just didn't want my dear sister to over sleep on her first year as a junior." Mason said in an innocent voice.
"Out of my way kid." I mumbled as I rolled my eyes and shoved passed him.
He was mumbling something I couldn't hear when I closed the bathroom door and stepped in the shower. Probably something about only being 10 minutes younger than me.
I quickly scrubbed myself and jumped out. I went to my room and started to blow dry my hair. I straightened it and then threw some make up on. I took a second to take in my appearance before I got up and walked to the closet and picked out my black skinny jeans, leather boots, and black tank top. I grabbed my bag, leather jacket, and the keys to my 67' impala my father left me and ran down stairs.
"I made you some toast." Jared said handing me some toast with my favorite jelly on it.
"Thanks, love you." I said with a mouthful of toast and I stood up and kissed him on the cheek.
"Come on Mason!" I yelled putting my mug in the sink.
Just as I turned to head towards the door Jared grabbed my hand stopping me. I look at him questioningly and he looked back with soft eyes and small smile.
