It's been two weeks since I was released from the hospital. My bruises are healing and my ribs are healing. Eli still hasn't woken up, I've been to visit him every day. It's Monday morning, yet another morning that I'm not riding to school with Eli.

Luckily I have my Lincoln, he's been picking me up every day. The past two weeks were in his car but today he's finally allowing me to ride the bike again and I'm actually pretty excited. I slipped on a simple outfit and ran downstairs. Lincoln was already in living room talking to my brothers.

"Cut the bro-mances and let's go!" I laughed getting to the bottom of the stairs.

Lincoln cocked and eyebrow at me before chuckling and kissing me.

"Mason, come on! I don't want you rushing in my car!" I yelled to the kitchen and headed out the door.

"Are you excited, princess?" Lincoln smiled down at me handing me my helmet.

"More then you know, Mr. Hart." I smiled and put my helmet on.

I waited until Lincoln climbed on before climbing on behind him. He started the bike and took off. I can't lie, I missed this feeling. The wreck didn't traumatize me from riding bikes at all. Luckily. We pulled into the parking lot and I hopped off ignoring the dull pain that still lingered in my ribs.

"Hey, B!" Cassie said pulling me into a hug.

I giggled and hugged her back. "Shopping after school today?" She said winking at me.

"I wish I could but I have some things to take care of for Eli after school. But we could go to the beach tonight and skip school tomorrow." I winked at her.

"Sounds like a plan!" Cassie was jumping up and down clapping her hands.

Lincoln snaked his arm around my waist and whispered in my ear.

"Skipping school? Naughty girl." His breath fanned across my neck sending chills down my spine.

The need for him is strong. We've had to cool it until my ribs heal and it's driving me crazy.

"I'll meet you in class." He kissed my forehead and walked away.

I opened my locker and got what I needed and froze when the one next to me opened. I closed my door and looked over. Marcus was putting his bag in his locker, he looked over at me and his eyes went so wide I thought they were about to pop out of his skull. His face didn't look to bad, it's all healed up. He only had a small scar across his cheek.

"Uh..I..I'm sorry. I forgot your locker was next to mine." He stuttered out.

"Don't worry about the locker just leave me alone like I told you the first time and everything should be fine." I said turning to walk away.

"I will, I switched classes." I heard him say behind me.

I nodded my head and walked to class. When I walked in Lincoln was already leaning back in his seat. I walked over and took my seat.

"I just ran into Marcus, you left a scar on his face ya know." I giggled sitting back.

Lincoln's body stiffened. "And?" he said trying not to get angry.

"And, nothing. He apologized for his locker being next to mine and said he'll stay away. He switched classes and everything." I shrugged my shoulders.
