I just want to start off by saying Cassie is a dedication to one of my best friends. Her attitude is basically the same and she's always done wonderful at calming me down and keeping me out of trouble.
Picture is Cassie.
This will be the last POV from Lincoln for a while.
Lincoln POV
"Blaise, no!"
"Shit! Grab her!"
"Hell no! I'm not touching her in this state!"
"Call her brothers now!"
"Mason!"
What the hell is going on?
I look up to see Blaise with her hand out the new girl's throat trying to cut her open with a knife. Seriously? The crowd around them was growing bigger just after Mason snatched the knife from her. Next thing I knew, she was tearing this girl to shreds.
Should I do something?
I kept watching not sure what to do. I finally decided to try and jump in before this goes too far when her brothers burst through crowd and started working on pulling her off while Jake and Tyler were pulling Maya out from under her.
I should follow them. I feel the need to make sure she's alright and find out what the hell just happened. I grabbed my bag and followed shortly behind. I knocked on the door not sure how I'm going to explain while I'm here.
Before anyone could answer the door I heard another bike pull up behind me. I turned around to see Eli jumping off his bike and the rest of Blaise's friends following behind him. Thank goodness, now I'm sure I can come up with a better excuse.
"What's up?" I turned around to see Mason holding the door open.
I scratched the back of my head trying to figure out what to say.
"I came to make sure she's okay, and if she's up for it maybe work on the project a bit." I mumbled.
"Come in. I don't think she'll be up for it, but she probably won't mind you checking on her."
I followed mason inside with everyone else behind me. We went into the kitchen and there she was at the kitchen table. Covered in blood and giant shard of glass sticking out of her arm. She doesn't even look like it's bothering her. This girl is definitely not who I thought she was. I walked over and took a seat by her only to gain some nasty looks from her two brothers.
The one pulling the glass out of her arm I can only assume is Jared and the one kneeling in front of her is probably Nathan. I sighed and introduced myself. They didn't seem to be too interested at the moment, but who can blame them. Blaise turned around and looked at me with no emotion in her eyes. I almost felt worried for her. I wanted to reach out out and tell her it was okay.
Jared finished stitching her up and she jolted up and ran upstairs. I tried to get up to follow her when someone grabbed my arm.
"Leave her, she needs time to herself." I turned around and Jared was holding my arm.
I sat back down in my seat and turned to look at both of them. I need some answers.
"What the hell happened?" I finally blurted out. The both let out a huge sigh and got comfortable.
"Well, Blaise has some, I guess you could say issues. She gets angry way to easily and once she's started she can't stop. She gets this from our father. It's a mental issue. She's gone to the doctor many times. They've all diagnosed her unstable, which is in a sense true. But what they don't know is the Blaise we know. She's sweet and caring like our mother, there's just another side to her she can't control. There is medicine she's supposed to take to help her not snap like a twig every time someone tries to piss her off. She's like a walking bomb. She refuses to take it saying she's not herself if she takes them. Which we can't argue with. When she did take them she was like a zombie. Totally different Blaise. So we don't argue with her about it." Nathan explained.
