It's been another week which officially makes it a month that Lincoln has been missing. Eli and I went back to normal after that night. No more kisses, just him holding me until I fall asleep. I've only gotten worst. I've lost more weight and my cheeks have sunk in more. Everyone is worried about me. Jared and Nathan bring me food every day that I don't eat. They've each stayed a night over here. Mason isn't looking to good himself, every time he sees me he wants to cry. Eli has even broken down about Lincoln a few times, I tried my best to comfort him but I'd only end up crying with him. Every time I walk through the hallways at school everyone stares at me like they have nothing better to look at.
"Hey." I heard Toby's voice.
I looked up at him as he sat next to me on the couch. I didn't even have the TV on I was just sitting here curled up in a ball with my head on my knees. I just looked at Toby, I don't know what to say.
I'm sorry that your brother got kidnapped because they're playing some kind of sick game with me?
Toby scooted closer to me and wrapped an arm around me. I leaned my head on his shoulder and took a deep breath. Tears started to fall down my cheeks, I cry so much now. There's only two weeks left until the deadline I was given to find Lincoln.
"Blaise, I can't tell you how grateful I am that my brother has you." Toby said looking down at me.
My breath hitched. How can he be grateful? It's all my fault, I should have begged him to stay.
"I don't feel that way, but thank you Toby." I whispered.
"Blaise, I don't know any other girl who would have stuck around through all of this and everything else you and Lincoln have been through." He said rubbing my arm.
The sound of the door bursting open made me jump up and grab the gun from under the couch. Eli walked in looking a mix of happy and panic. I quickly put the gun down and ran over to him.
"What is it, Eli?" I asked.
"I think we've got him." He said looking me in the eyes.
My whole body froze, I don't know what I was feeling. Everything in me was screaming at me. Eli put his hands on my shoulders to steady me, I just looked at him with wide eyes. Then something snapped in me. They think they've found Lincoln and I'm going with them.
"Wait here." I said.
I quickly ran upstairs and put on my gear and grabbed my weapons. I took a deep breath and headed back downstairs. I shrugged on my jacket and looked at Eli.
"Let's go." I said and walked out the door.
He didn't argue with me, he could see the determination in my eyes. I've never been so focused and fueled in my life. I know Eli wouldn't tell me this if they weren't sure because he wouldn't want to get my hopes up. I put my helmet on and hopped on Lincoln's bike and started it up. Eli climbed on his bike and nodded at me before taking off with me right behind me.
We pulled up to the meeting spot. I shut the bike off and ran inside making everyone jump up.
"Where is he?" I demanded.
"We have his location but we wanted to wait until Eli got back with you." Layla spoke up.
"Let's go, I want every single one of you behind me. Nothing goes wrong, we get Lincoln out of there alive and I want everyone else who is there dead. No questions asked. Layla you're riding beside me with Eli. Let's go." I announced.
Everyone nodded and I turned and walked out the door with everyone behind me. We all climbed on our bikes and took off. Eli and Layla rode right next to me. Brad and Damian were in front of us leading the way. My adrenaline was pumping full throttle through me. I'm about to finally find my Lincoln.
