It's been three days since Jared left me. Now, here I am standing in cemetery staring at the plot we just buried my brother in. The funeral is over, the casket is lowered and everyone has left except me. I'm standing here with tears streaming down my face and the wind whipping like crazy while I fuel my hatred and anger towards the enemy. I laid my rose on his grave and walked over to Lincoln who was leaning against his bike.
"I'm ready let's go." I gave him a small smile and put my helmet on.
"Hop on, princess." He said climbing on the bike.
I climbed on the bike behind him before he started it up and took off. We pulled up to the house and hopped off. We were headed to a club where two of our guys were waiting on us. Lincoln got a call after the funeral that they had found the car that ran Jared off the road. We pulled up outside the club and our guys were already there leaning against their bikes. Lincoln and I climbed off the bike and walked over to our guys.
"Ya'll ready boys?" I asked.
"Yes boss." They replied in unison.
I nodded and we all turned to walk into the club when Lincoln stopped us.
"Blaise's safety is number one priority. She doesn't get hurt and that's an order." He demanded.
They guys nodded in agreement and we all walked in. The smell of sweat and alcohol slapped me in the face the second I walked in the door. People were dancing, grinding, and drinking their lives away. Music blared through the speakers and lasers and lights were flashing everywhere. We started to make our way to a door in the back when gunshots fired through the air.
We all ducked and jumped behind the bar pulling our guns out. I quickly stood up to see where the shots were coming from and I spotted three guys taking cover and shooting right at us. They know us so they must be who we're looking for. I quickly ducked back down as more bullets flew. Glass and alcohol were flying everywhere and people were running around and screaming. The boys all ran from behind the bar shooting back and finding cover closer to the other guys.
I quickly stood up and fired a few shots before ducking back down. My heart felt like it was about to beat out of my chest and my breathing was rapid. Sweat was dripping down my face and neck. More gunshots went off and I peeked around the bar. Two of their guys were laying on the ground bleeding. Lincoln jumped up and shot the third and the shoulder and tackled him to the ground.
I ran from behind the bar and walked over the three guys laying on the ground. I eyed them curiously as they grunted in pain and looked at me in disgust. I put my boot down on the first guys stomach right where he was shot and pushed down. He yelled and jerked in pain.
"I have a very serious question and I want it answered truthfully." I said through gritted teeth.
I looked around at all three guys who were looking at me like they already knew what my question was. One of them even had a smirk on his face. Smug bastard. I pushed down harder on the guy I had my foot on causing him to groan in pain again.
"Who ran my brother off the road?" I spit out.
They all just looked at me without saying a word.
"I know one of you bastards did it now tell me which one it was!" I yelled.
I was so angry all I could see was red. It only made me angrier when they didn't answer me. One of the started to laugh weekly. My eyes shot over to the guy that Lincoln had shot and tackled to the ground. He was laying there holding his wound and just laughing.
"What's so funny?" Lincoln spit out kicking him over.
"Don't you see? It was all of us. We all did it." He said darkly.
That was it. I lost it.
"Kill them all." I said before pulling my boot of the guy under me and walking out.
All I heard was the sound of three gunshots behind me as I walked out the door.

After we left the club we went straight to the house. I walked in and headed straight upstairs for the shower. I turned the water and climbed in letting the hot water fall down my back. Did I just screw up by making a move? Do I even care? If only we could find their boss, we could end all of this. For good. We have our guys looking everywhere, but no luck yet.
The sound of the shower door open snapped me out of my thoughts. I head the door shut and felt Lincoln wrap his arms around me. I leaned my head back on his chest and smiled up at him. I watched as his hair became dripping wet, he looked so damn good. He looked down at me giving me his heart crushing smirk.
"See something you like?" he winked at me.
I giggled and turned around wrapping my arms around his neck, leave it to Lincoln to cheer me up, even when it seems impossible.
"Baby, I see a lot of things I like." I said smirking up at him.
"So do I." He replied huskily before picking me up making me squeal and giggle.
He kicked the shower door open and carried me out leaving water dripping everywhere. Damn, I love this guy.
