Picture is Eli

I immediately started shaking with anger. That's what the hell he was so busy with? Another girl? You've got to be kidding me! I felt my heart drop and shatter. I felt like I was going to throw up.

"Shit. We've got to go." Eli mumbled as he took off when the light turned green.

We got a few streets away and I was still shaking with anger when I could've sworn I heard gunshots. I feel like I'm going to be sick.

"Was that a gun?!" I yelled to Eli.

"No, it's okay. We're almost there. Calm down." He yelled taking one hand off the handle putting it on top of mine. I nodded and buried my face in his back trying not to cry.

We came to a stop at the beach and I jumped off the bike trying to run to my car. Eli grabbed my arm and pulled me back.

"Blaise, stop. You can't go after him. Not right now." He yelled.

"That's what the bloody hell he was busy with?! Another girl?! There was a bitch on his bike Eli! He told me he was busy, he couldn't see me. And for what?!" I yelled my voice cracking.

I knew I shouldn't do this. I let it move to fast and I got hurt. I tried jerking my arm away but Eli only held on tighter. "Trust me Blaise, it will be okay." He whispered.

"I can't, I can't fucking do this." I said my voice really cracking this time. I couldn't stop the tear flow anymore. I really hate crying in front of people, but it's happening anyway and it's all Lincoln's fault.

Eli jerked my arm forward and wrapped me into a hug. I gave in and sobbed into his chest.

"Blaise, are you okay? I'm gonna kill him!" I heard Mason yelling. He ran up and put a hand on my back. I just nodded my head.

"I've got her, just go join the others and tell them we'll be over there soon." Eli said waved my brother off.

"Thank you, I don't like him seeing me weak. It enrages him. He doesn't get mad often but when he does, it's not pretty." I sniffled into Eli's chest. He pulled back and looked me in the eyes.

"Look, Blaise. There's things I can't explain to you that Lincoln's going to have to explain himself. Right now, you just need to forget it and have some fun with your friends. Don't let it ruin your night. Okay?" Eli said still holding onto my shoulders.

I nodded my head. "Thank you, Eli. I really appreciate it." I really did appreciate it. I've never heard that much or something like that come out of Eli's mouth.

His phone vibrated and he fished it out of his pocket. He looked at the screen and waved me off. I didn't argue, I'm guessing it was private. But, I still wanted to listen to see if it was Lincoln. So I decided to walk slowly after Eli had turned around.

"Hello? .... Lincoln, what the hell.... I know, I know.... Yeah, I've got her....No she's not very happy...We're at the beach. It's okay." I could faintly here him.

That was enough information for me and I took off running to the beach to meet my friends. I smiled at the site. Everyone was sitting around the fire laughing and having a good time. There was a giant boom box with music flowing through it.

"Hey!" I waved walking towards them. They all looked up and smiled. Mason stood up quickly.

"Blaise." I put my hand up.

"It's alright, Mason. Let's just have a good time." I smiled up at him. He nodded and sat back down. I took the seat beside him and popped open a beer.
