A Mystery quest !

Taken aback

Everyone was taken aback by seeing their friend lying dead in front of them. Obviously, one of them was the killer so he or she was just fake acting of getting stunned.

The girls couldn't resist from crying. Tears flowed down their cheeks as they saw Lewis's body torned apart. "Ohh no. This can't be true. Nooooo." Scarlett screamed.

The boys were strong enough. They didn't cry externally, but who knew they might be crying a river inside. Mathew was sad enough and was almost in tears. Jason and Jones who were brothers were sad too. Steve just went into deep thinking process. His eyes almost teary. 

The news of death of Lewis Walten was spread throughout Paris. "How such a rich business man died even after high level of security?" This question was quite common now. People were asking it constantly. But no one was giving an answer to the question.

Ben Stokes and Liza Coddwell arrived at the mansion. These 2 were currently the best detectives of Paris. However hard a case is, these 2 would solve it with ease. Ben had the ability to read people's mind while Liza could single handedly wrap up a case. To sum it up, they were quite brilliant detectives.

Showing their identity cards, the 2 detectives entered the mansion. They had their workers with them. No one of the 6 guests had touched the body of Lewis. They knew that if they do so then they might end up leaving their fingerprints on Lewis's body. 

After seeing the body, Liza and Ben gave it one quick glance for something fishy. But they didn't find anything. So, they allowed the workers to take the body for lab analysis and autopsy. The workers took the body carefully, ensuring that they don't wipe away any clue of the killer.

After the men went, Liza and Ben came out in the main hall where everyone was sitting. The servants too were standing there. After analysing everyone's face for a moment, Ben asked,"Anyone intresting in explaining what happened?"

And there was silence. But then, Mathew was the one who told everything. How they got the invitations, how they came here, how they had fun the previous day, and what followed in the night. After understanding everything, Ben spoke,"So that makes things quite simple I guess. You all are our suspects. The 6 of you. Everyone has to stay here until the case is solved."

Everyone nodded and their faces were blank. Only the killer's eyes had tension in them. But that was hidden. Liza continued,"We will now investigate the crime scene first. I want each and everyone of you to give a blood sample of yours. And I want your fingerprints too. Give it to this man." She said while pointing towards a man who had come with her for this work.

Ben chuckled a bit and said,"Don't even think of putting any pressure on your ass guys. I don't want any smartness from anyone. Co-ordinate with us and the case will be solved within days. But if you try anything stupid, or if you try to misplace something at the crime scene, then be ready to face the consequences too after that." Everyone silently nodded to the statement.

Liza smiled and said,"We will now investigate the crime scene. CCTV cameras will be placed at almost every corner of the mansion. Although some corners had, but they are at places where nothing is there. Although we will have a look at them too. After investigating the crime scene, we will start having chats with everyone. Only 2 suspects per day. We will start with the girls tommorow."

She continued after taking a breath,"For today, we will only investigate the room and take your fingerprints and blood samples. The chats will be done from tommorow. The servants will have a small chat too with us. Now step aside and let us investigate the room meanwhile you guys give ur blood samples and fingerprints."

Saying this, everyone stepped aside and allowed Liza and Ben to make their way to Lewis's room. The Cctv cameras too would be fitted on that day.

Both the detectives started investigating the room, while the killer gave his or her blood sample and fingerprints.

And loud thumping of heart could be heard.
