Letter from the killer

Ben and Liza entered Lewis's mansion. Elisha and Mathew were sitting there. Liza wanted to ask the girl about her relationships but she thought that it would make things bitter between her and Elisha. So she kept quiet. Meantime, everyone else too came in the hall.

Ben said,"Morning guyz. Well, as we said, today we will have a chat with Jones and Jason. I will talk to Jones and meantime, Liza will have a chat with Jason. So the brothers are requested to come and have a chat."

Jason and Jones followed Ben's orders. Jason took Liza to his room and meantime Jones took Ben to his for the chat.

"Sit." Liza ordered Jason as she closed the door. Jason sat on a chair. Liza threw the paper that she found in Lewis's office in front of Jason. The latter was amazed by reading the words on the paper. Liza asked,"Please tell me what the hell is going on between you two?" Jason was silent for a bit.

But he did spoke,"Well, Elisha didn't tell me that Lewis knows about us. Yeah, I am sorry for Lewis. I am cheating on him with his girlfriend. But, this girl is a living form of a angel, I must sae. I mean, she is the kindest girl, I have ever dated. She is sweet, a gentle lover and the most beautiful in town, I must say."

Liza was looking into Jason's eyes carefully. She realized that Jason loves Elisha with a pure heart, but she was scared. She thought to herself,"Wow. Elisha is unaware of the fact that how complicated she is making things for herself. First of all, she is pregnant with Lewis's child. Secondly, she marrying Mathew and third of all, she is having a relationship with Jason and she will keep that going, even after her marriage. She is just playing with Mathew and Jason just like she played with Lewis and Steve."

"Why are you so silent?" Jason's voice brought Liza back to the physical world. She said,"Umm, nothing. So, is ur relationship with Elisha serious?" Jason laughed sarcastically and said,"Yeah. I mean we both love each other." Liza thought,"That bitch said the same thing to Steve, Lewis and Mathew as well. What on earth she wants?"

Liza said,"Well, forget the relationship part. Tell me, the night of Lewis's murder, did you talk to him?" Jason replied,"Yeah, obviously. He welcomed us. But I guess, now I know why he was looking mad at me that day. This piece of paper explains everything. At the end of the day, I did went to him to ask him about his behaviour, but he just didn't answer. Now I know, he was mad at me."

Liza asked,"So you didn't talk to him then further?" Jason replied,"No. I just thought that he must be in a loss in his business. So I just decided to shut myself up and then I went to Elisha. There, we kissed, she leaned on her couch and then..", Liza stopped Jason immediately and said,"Hey hey Mr. Jason, I haven't asked you to give details of whole night." Jason giggled.

Liza asked,"So drugs? U take them?" Jason nodded. Liza rolled her eyes and both continued their chat for a while. Then at the end, Liza went out of the room after her chat was over. Co-incedently Ben too came out of Jones's room the same time. Liza smiled.

Ben said,"Well our chat is over. Now, we will move on with our case. We will come here tommorow with some work, and when we get fresh leads to talk to you all, we will definitely like to have a chat. Till then, goodbye and take care."

Both the detectives went. "We will encounter Steve about his fingerprints and Elisha about her relationships in our next chat with them. That will make more sense. Now, we will investigate each and everyone's room." Liza said as both sat in Ben's car. Ben agreed.

They were heading towards their office. On the way, Liza asked,"So, any new secret from Jones? I don't have any from Jason." Ben replied,"No. He didn't had any relationship secret with anyone and great to hear that from you too, hey but Jason was involved with Elisha, right?" Liza said,"Yeah, and he is still and Elisha has told him about her pregnancy and still they are carrying on."

Ben said,"So what, they are just gonna take their relationship forward? I can't imagine Jason's face when he will realize that his girlfriend is getting married to Mathew. God, happy for Lewis. He is not here to see this holy shit." Liza smiled.

Both reached their office as their office watchmen gave them a mail. Liza said,"Hey, that's for me." Liza took the mail and went to her office room. Both the detectives sat down. The mail had something big.

Liza opened the mail to find a letter. She opened the letter and starting reading,"I hope this letter finds you in good spirit. You are much dumb than I thought. Your doubt is absolutely correct. Your suspect who called Lewis for giving him threats of murder, is Lewis's killer indeed."

Liza and Ben were shocked. Ben said,"Continue reading." Liza continued,"Things are happening in front of your eyes and you don't even know a shit. Shame on you girl. I can assure you that you won't even come to know, who write this letter. You would think it's someone from the suspects from Lewis's mansion, but it isn't. This letter is written from someone close to you."

Liza stopped for a moment. She looked at Ben for a while, and then continued,"Well, I am very cunning. You can't catch me in you entire life, because you already trust me a lot. So give up on this case and atleast 'open' your eyes and look around carefully. You will see me. Your loving Muscle man." End of the letter.

Liza looked at the man in front of him with anger all over her face. Ben saw 'sparks' in Liza's eyes. He asked,"What? This anger on your face is not looking good. Ok now why on earth are you looking at me?" Liza said,"Do I really need to explain this you son of a bitch!"

Ben was amazed. "What is the matter with you. Why the hell do you believe that I wrote this letter?" Ben asked with frustration all over his face. Liza replied,"When did I say that you wrote this letter. I didn't said that. You automatically said. Caught!"

Ben was taken aback. "Just because it is written that whoever wrote this letter is close to you and you should look around yourself to see the killer, you have doubts over me?" Liza said,"Not only because of those reasons, the mail has your address in the 'return here if not delivered to asked place' section and this section belongs to the one who writes the mail." Ben said,"yeah I know that, but still I didn't write this up."

Liza said,"Then how come it is written here, 'from ur muscle man'. Only you and I know that I call you that and here is your address in the sender's section. Now?" Ben said,"Show me. This can't be true."

Ben saw and it was true.
