Next morning, Mathew prepared tea for everyone. Jones and Jason went out for a walk in the garden which was close to the mansion. Scarlett and Elisha woke up late while Steve was reading the newspaper from the morning. Then, in no time Liza and Ben arrived.

They had given permission to the suspects to roam around the mansion in the diameter of 500 meters but not more than that. They had also given them permission to walk in the garden nearby. Market work for the girls was never restricted.

Ben said,"Good morning everyone. Where are Jones and Jason?" Mathew replied,"They have gone for their as usual morning walk." Liza said,"Ok it's good to walk. Anyways, we will continue our chats with the suspects. Today I will chat with you Mathew and Ben will chat with Steve. Alright, now Mathew please follow me to your room meantime Steve please take Ben in your room."

Mathew and Steve followed Liza's orders. The girls were sitting on the couch. Scarlett was watching Steve going to his room whereas Elisha was bitching about Liza in her mind while she was constantly looking at her.

Ben closed the door. Both the males sat down. Ben asked,"So Mr.Steve, may I ask how were your relationships with our victim.?" Steve replied,"Well, my relationships with Lewis was like a way a best friend treats his other friend." Ben was constantly looking into Steve's eyes and he automatically came to know that Steve is saying a fairy tale. Still, Ben ignored that.

Ben asked,"Did you meet Lewis, the day of his murder?" To this rhetorical question, Steve replied,"Yes I met him. After saying 'Good-night' to everyone Lewis was about to go to his room. That time, I asked him to stay back and have some chat with me."

"What kind of chat you had with him?" Ben asked. "Nothing much. We were just chit-chattering about our past college life. How much fun we used to have and etc. Then we were just talking about business and its components. Lewis was going to take my test the next day after his murder." Said Steve.

"Test? What kind of test?" Ben asked with curiosity. Steve replied,"I think that all teachers in the world take tests of their student. So same was the case here, Lewis was my teacher of business and its components, and he was supposed to take my test but unfortunately he died." Ben was shocked. "Lewis was your teacher? Oh man!!"

"Why what happened?" Steve asked. "Nothing' was the reply from Ben but he knew this news was big and would make this case more intresting. Ben asked,"From how long was Lewis your teacher?" Steve answered,"Well he was my teacher from last 9-10 months I think so. He was a great teacher I must say. He was so much into business and had every knowledge of how one should prosper and pluck the golden fruit of success in business. No wonder, he was such a brilliant business man. No wonder, he was so rich. Hats off to him!"

Ben asked,"Ok, well what do you think who is the killer from the other guests?" Steve was amazed by this question. He waited for a while and then answered,"I think so that Jones killed Lewis. He hated Lewis back from the college days. When Lewis 'stole' Sandra from Jones, the latter was broken into pieces deep inside. From then, Jones always hated Lewis. Probably he is the killer."

Ben was listening quietly. He had a firm belief that Steve is the killer. He had plenty of reasons for it. Before thinking about them, he asked,"Hey do you take drugs. Actually I want some so I thought if anyone can help me.." Hearing this, Steve replied,"Hey I take drugs. You can ask from me." Ben told,"You know what? Let it be, I will take those later." Steve nodded.

Ben's belief that Steve is the killer strengthened. He had many reasons for it. First of all the most important thing, Steve's fingerprints were found on the broken piece of mug found in the victim's room. Steve's blood type was B+ and as Scarlett told, Lewis saw her and Steve kissing so he must have went mad and to avoid any commotion, Steve killed Lewis. Steve also takes drugs. But still, Ben didn't ask Steve about that.

Instead, Ben asked,"So you believe in Love and all that kind of shit?" Steve didn't reply for a moment. He was looking into Ben's eyes carefully. He came to know that Ben knows about him and Scarlett. So he said,"Ok I have an affair with Scarlett. Not a big deal." Ben was amazed with Steve's intelligence of reading minds.

He asked,"You knew right Scarlett and Lewis were married but still you were making out with her. Don't you feel ashamed? Making out with your teacher's wife." Steve replied,"There is nothing of being ashamed. If Scarlett likes me and I like her then who on earth has a right to stop us. I know they were married, but that doesn't mean I and Scarlett can't make out."

Ben wanted that Steve should realize that making out with someone else's wife is not a good job even though you like her. The man who married her has rights to love her wife and no one else. But he asked,"How long you and Scarlett are doing all this?"

Steve replied,"9-10 months I guess. I needed a real relationship after I broke up with Elisha. Man, getting over her was the hardest thing I ever had to do." Ben was shocked. His body stopped functioning for a moment. Now Steve and Elisha also know each other. They were in a relationship. Does Scarlett has only one job on earth? Stealing every man from Elisha!

Ben asked,"Was your relation with Elisha serious?" Steve replied," Man you are quite dumb. I told just now that getting over Elisha was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I loved her to the core of my heart and she loved me too. But I don't know what happened, we started fighting over small things till the day I slapped her and we broke up. Simple as that."

Ben said,"Ok thanks for having a chat. Catch ya later." Steve nodded and smiled. Ben left the room. He was now getting confused. Lewis was married to Scarlett, but the latter was making out with Steve and fell in love with him. Lewis cheated on Scarlett by falling in love with Elisha and getting her pregnant. Elisha was in a relationship with Steve, but they broke up because maybe Elisha too was cheating on Steve with someone. Jones hated Lewis. This case was getting complicated day by day.

Now Ben was praying that Mathew, Jason and Jones don't have any secret to tell. If they have, then this case will get complicated and complicated day by day.

This case was not that easy that Ben and Liza would solve it with ease. The killer was a tough prey this time. Will the killer succeed in escaping?
