Sophia's POV
I drive away fast as I can, when I reach home. I go inside and was surprised to see my dad. I run to his open arms.
"Oh Honey! I missed you too so much" He asks concerned because I was sobbing like crazy. After an hour crying to him, I wipe my tears away and smiled at him.
"You know, I didn't expect you missed me this much that you cried for hours." He teases me like the old time. I laughed and he added, "But honey, what's the problem?" he ask getting serious.
I breathe hard and whispered "I'm falling in love with a guy".
"Oh! That's good! Then why are you crying?" he ask while sitting next to me.
"His ex happened!" I sigh and added, "Let's talk about this some other time dad. By the way why are you here?" I ask him confused.
"Well, do I need any reason to visit my favorite daughter?" He faked hurt and I rolled my eyes at him.
"Favorite daughter, really? I'm the only daughter you have dad!" giggling at him and turned serious, "But seriously dad? Why are you really here?"
"Honey, I'm hurt! You forget about me already because you're in love!" he faked hurt again, I just laughed at him.
"Dad! Seriously?" he chuckled at my brat attitude.
"I missed you honey, I'm here to collect you and brought you home! My birthday remember?" Oh! That's why his here. I'm so in trouble.
"Oh! I'm sorry dad I forgot about it, I was caught up with school" I reasoned to him giving my puppy dog eyes. Dad's faced soften and he shakes his head at me.
"Alright, pack your things already so well be home early." I groaned and run to my room packing my things. 6 hours of ride is a pure torture.
"How about school dad?" I called out.
"Already taken care honey! Now start packing up!" I nodded and run towards my room.
