Chapter 46 - Tipsy

Sophia's POV

I was glad that Nicole drags me out on that awkward situation. It's like meeting the parents! OMG! Isabelle would be jealous, speaking of Isabelle. I scan the crowd looking for her. Why is she not around Blake? I turn to my friends and ask them.

"Uhm... Girl's, where is Blake's girlfriend?" they look at me like I grown two heads. I added, "Why are you looking at me like that?"

It was Vanessa who answered me, "Errr... Blake doesn't have nya girlfriend Soph!" that makes my mouth drop. 

"What? Then, Isabelle?"

"She was just his ex Soph! They didn't get back or whatever!" Candice said they nodded.

I stop dancing and walk to the mini bar with the girls following behind. I was still trying to let it sink in my mind. 

'They're not together! She was just his ex! He doesn't have a girlfriend Sophia!' I grab a drink and gulp it and get another, until I felt my lungs and stomach burn from the alcohol.

I glance at the girl's, they give me a smile. What's wrong with me? Damn it! I was about to open my mouth but Nicole beat me to it,

"Take a look at Blake S, what can you see in his face?" Nicole said pointing at where Blake is. So I look at him, he still looks so handsome. But, his face looks like he didn't shave in forever. I look down and think about everything. 

'Is he affected of my sudden departure? Does he really have feelings for me?'

When I look up, I found him looking at me then he smile and walk towards me. Shit! I look around for the girls to find them in the table. Damn them! When he reaches me, I stood and find myself falling.

Blake was quick to catch me, "Shit S! What are you? You okay?" he asks looking at me concerned. I wanted to shout, 'No you Idiot! It's your fault! Why don't you love me?!' but I refrain myself for saying it. I closed my eyes and said,

"I'm fine Blake, just tipsy!" I said while sitting back again in the stool.
