We were off to our date still driving there. Harry wouldn't tell me where we were going, but as soon as we got close to our destination, it clicked in my head. The carnival.
I rush out the car once it's parked, grabbing Harry's hand and pulling him through the park and straight to my favorite ride. The marry-go-round. We went round and round, taking pictures of each other as we went. Harry tried acting as a prince on a horse while I acted like an Eskimo on a polar bear. I must say, we were basically still children.
After the merry-go-round, we stopped at a few stands and played games, Harry winning me a big bear playing darts. Once again, I grabbed his hand and ran through the park to the last ride left to ride, the ferris wheel.
We stood in line, waiting for our turn, hand in hand. I fumbled with his fingers, excitement taking over my body. When it's finally our turn to ride, I run into the small capsul and take a seat, Harry coming to sit right next to me. We get higher and higher and soon reach the top, looking over a beautiful ocean and sunset.
"Harry, do you remember when we first met?" I ask out of curiosity, still looking at the sunset.
"Of course love. I remember the sunset we both watched. It looked a lot like this one." he replied.
"I'm glad you remember."
"Why wouldn't I?" he asks, pulling my face with his fingertips so that I could face him, "That was the best day of my life."
And with that he leaned in, kissing me passionately.
"I love you, Harry." I whisper, our foreheads still touching.
"I love you more (Y/N:)."
