Niall had talked to his manager and managed to get out of work for the next week.

That now left Niall sitting outside his bedroom and watching Liam interact with Louis.

Liam clenched his fists and closed his eyes a few times.

He's going to run again. Niall thought.

Niall stood up and ran into the room.

"You're not going anywhere, Li." Niall threatened.

Liam clenched his fists tighter and looked at Niall in a challenging way.

Niall walked closer to Liam. "We're not going to hurt you. Just please let us help.

Liam looked at Niall in a scared way. He was scared, no, terrified, he was terrified of Niall.

Niall scared Liam. Niall did all these things that terrified Liam. Liam wanted to be like Niall; Liam wanted to do all these things that Niall could do.

Most importantly, Liam didn't want this illness anymore.

He got up and ran into Niall's arms where Niall held him.

"Boo!" Liam heard.

"Hey, Harry." Louis smiled at Harry.

Harry had heard Liam was doing better and wanted to see for himself. Plus, he missed his boo and wanted to see him.

Liam instantly stiffened in Niall's arms.

"Hey, boo, can I talk to you?" Harry asked.

"Sure, Hazzy." Louis said and followed Harry into the kitchen.

"Boo, Liam's not safe. I don't know it is, but there's something off about him."

"You're just being paranoid. You don't even know him."

"Do you?"

"Well, no, not really, but –"

"But nothing.. You need to expose him. Make him admit what he is."

"How? You can't even get two words out of him."

"Well, try, then call me when you do. I have a scientist on standby waiting to dissect him."

"harry! He's a human! Not a science experiment!"

"But there's something wrong with him! Haven't you noticed?"

"Well, yeah,, but –"

"Louis, open your eyes! He's not a person! He's a scientist experiment!"

"If you want to talk about this, then take it somewhere else. You're scaring Liam." Niall said.

"You're actually defending that experimental mistake?" Harry screeched.

"Harry, get out."

"What?"

"You heard me. Get out of my house."

"Niall, come on..."

"Louis, do something!"

"I think I agree with Niall on this one."

"Screw both of you!" Harry said and stormed out of the flat.

I will expose that mutant. He thought evilly.
