By far my favorite chapter x
- I see swimming pools and living rooms and aeroplanes, I see a little house on the hill and childrens' names, I see quiet nights poured over ice and Tanqueray, But everything is shattering and it's my mistake.
I want it all with you, I want the waking up in the morning sleepy smiles, I want the gentle kisses when we're confused as hell about life, I want to be happy with you. I want to be happy, truly and fully happy; because happiness is hard, and ever since you came into my life it's been sort of easy.
Harry Styles
Visiting mum and seeing Gem and my adorable niece Sienna, It's been ages since I've seen them in person and not on a phone screen. Sienna sat on my lap as she played with my long hair. I know I should probably have a trim but I've sort of came accustomed to the look and feeling of having long hair. It was, I guess a part of my personality.
Summer, mum and Gem talked amongst themselves; Sienna rested her head on my shoulder, humming a song I couldn't quite recognise.
"Love, what's the song you're humming?" I asked her in her ear, kissing her temple.
She sighed happily and kissed my cheek. "Isn't she lovely, Dada always plays this song to mummy, it's so beautiful uncle Hazza," her voice was soft and quiet and then she looked at Summer, then back at me. But my eyes stayed a little longer on Summer because my God was she bloody beautiful and my stomach was flipping in sinful ways.
"Uncle Hazza," she whispers and I hum, looking back at the blonde grayed eye little girl; smiling sweetly at her.
"Yes, darling?" I ask her, kissing her forehead.
She giggled and covers her mouth. "You should play isn't she lovely, you know, the song Dada plays to mummy, you should really play it to your pretty girl," I only smiled at my niece and nodded, because I completely agreed.
"'Course, love. You think she'd like that?" She nodded with a shy smile.
"Yes, uncle Hazza." I played with her hair and nodded with a grin.
"Will do, Sisi," I whispered.
"Uncle Hazza?" She murmured in my ear, making sure I only heard, her small hands on my face. They were cold and I chuckled because she was too adorable.
"Yes, love?"
"Do you love, the pretty girl?" She whispers and covers her mouth, giggling. I smile softly and run my fingers through her hair, my mouth near her ear and my eyes locked on a girl I did love.
"Keep a secret?" She nodded and I smiled once again.
"I do love the pretty girl, Sisi, keep it a secret okay?" I pull away and she nods to me, pretending to zip her mouth and kisses my cheek and gets off my lap, skipping her way to Gemma. I wink at her and she giggles, whispering something to Gemma. I shake my head as Gemma smirks at me, and I turn my gaze to her. To the woman that I loved achingly. Her lips moved in a way that made me weak and her hands were delicate looking and her hair framed her face in this way that made my palms sweaty. I couldn't think straight.
She was something; and I wanted her for the rest of my life.
Ever since she came into my world I was determined to have her. She was mind triggering. She always tells me things about being a painting that wasn't finished or telling me that I was missing things, she didn't know though. She didn't have a bloody clue that I was half a person without her. And so was she without me. I saw it. I saw the way her eyes were the gloomest of all blues and her smile was always hiding things because she was a painting of misunderstandings and I think I've finally figured her out.
