Sophie's P.O.V.
Not having a specific destination in mind I walk down the street.

I should've brought a jacket. Or a sweater maybe.

It was mid-day and I had nowhere to go.

My mom probably hasn't even noticed that I'm gone.

I cross the street and walk towards the park. There's nobody here except for some kids playing on the playground. I spot a tree on the other side of where I was standing. Before I can make a move to the tree a kid that I know from school comes over.

"Hey. You're Sophie right?"

I look up at him and say yes.

His eyes were a deep grey, black almost. He was slightly taller than me and had a fair build. His hair was a light brown and his smile seemed to captivate me.

"My names Nathan. I'm in your class."

I was drawn to that smile again. "Yeah. I know. I've seen you around. What are you doing here? Are you lost?"

He gave me a confused look.

"You live on the other side of town don't you? I've seen you there."

The confusion ceased. "Yeah... I just like to come here because of the great pictures I can take."

Now I was confused until I looked to the camera around his neck. "Oh. You're a photographer?"

"Yeah... Kind of.."

"What do you mean kind of? It's either you are or you aren't." I put my hands on my hips and gave him a look that I thought was intimidating. That is until he started laughing at me.

"What are you laughing at? Me?"

He nods and I give him a frustrated huff. After he calms down I ask again. "So? Are you going to give me an answer or keep laughing."

He gives me an amused look, tilting his head slightly. "Yeah. I am a photographer. What about you? What are you doing here?"

Thinking back, I shake me head and sit down on the bench behind me. He sits beside me and waits for an answer.

"Well..."
