Outside of my first class which was AP English, the principal stopped S.Coups and I to hand us our schedules. Comparing them side to side, we noticed that we had no classes together except P.E. Other that that, we could only interact during recess, lunch and study periods.

"Now although we fully trust our students to have good moral conduct, do not be afraid to report to us if anything inappropriate happens to either one of you. Though all of them are talented and bright, humans tend to easily feel envious to one another- especially in this industry. Anyway, you get my point. Don't be scared to approach your teachers. They are your mentors and your best friends." She told us with a smile.

We bowed and gave our thanks before she brought S.Coups to his class, leaving me alone in the hallway.

"What are you waiting for?" said a kid standing behind me. "You're blocking the way."

I bowed my head apologetically, moving out of the way so that he could get past. What amazing looks that boy had. He looked mixed. But I wasn't sure since Yugyeom looked mixed but wasn't at all.

Entering the classroom behind him, the class erupted in excited whispers when they saw that I was joining their class. Behind me, a teacher walked in with an iPad and a folder.

"Ah. So you're the new addition to the zoo." He teased.

The students laughed and returned comments of mock offense.

"I'm sure all of you have already met him during assembly so we will skip the introductions and get started with our lesson." He said.

"Where do I sit?" I asked.

Several students started moving about and raising their hands shouting "next to me!" Or " right here!" pointing to the table next to them.

"Hmm. Why don't you sit next to Hansol?" He said, nodding towards the boy from before.

"Nae." I answered before making my way over to the seat.

The whole class heaved a sigh of disappointment but I was secretly relieved because Hansol seemed standoffish which meant I didn't have to interact with him.

"Alright class, turn your textbooks to page 113 on  conversations, please" the teacher instructed in English.

I watched as everyone pulled out a pink textbook and started flipping through the pages. Unzipping my bag, I realised that I didn't have any pink textbooks but I did have 2 blue textbooks on algebra- one of which had S.Coups name on it. Biting my lip with annoyance, I raised my hand to inform the teacher that I didn't bring my textbook.

As I lifted my arm, Hansol pulled it back down and pushed his textbook between us. Sending him a surprised nod of thanks, I faced the board, a smile plastered on my face. He wasn't so bad after all. Just a little quiet.

"Impressions" the teacher said loudly, walking down the aisles between the desks.

"They are what determines your opinions towards  others and others opinions towards you. In this line of work that you all are aiming for, impressions play a big part in getting us started. That is why people hold auditions, interviews, meetings and the like" he said fluently in English.

Several students in class raised their fists, a sign that I soon learned meant that they did not understand.

Repeating his explanation in Korean, the teacher waited for the students to register his words before continuing.

"Now for example. What are your impressions of this?" He said, projecting an image of a man holding up a line by ordering 50 burgers at once.
