I awoke to a dark room, with hints of sunlight coming from the thick window curtains. I groggily looked around, until I noticed the warmth of another. It seemed he was awake too. My senses grew sharper once I met his deep violet eyes. I blushed furiously, recalling yesterday's events.
"Good morning, amore mio." "M-Morning..." I replied.
I felt a hand by my waist, and Luciano planted a kiss on my forehead. This made me smile. How much warmer could this impossible guy make me feel?
"O-Oh right... There is school today..." I brought up, wondering what missing another day of school would cause the teachers to say. "I thought you already knew most of the concepts taught at school?" Luciano answered. Where'd he figure that out from? "B-But... I need to graduate college in order to find a job..." He chuckled at that.
"I can just tutor you on anything you'd like to know. You're going to marry the leader of a mafia anyways..." He said.
Marry? That made me blush. I don't want to be separated from Luciano... But I was unsure of how long this relationship would last.
"Wait... Mafia?" I questioned. He nodded. "Is there something wrong with that?"
Mafia... He must be used to killing people, then. But mafia sounds so familiar on my tongue... It kind of worries me. I wonder how flexible I am in my killing skills?
"S-So, am I going to kill people with you?" Luciano smiled. "Why not?"
My voice wavered when I thought of what to say next. I don't want to go into a full on summary... No, I don't want him to know in general! But, I can't hide it from him.
Now doesn't seem to be the right time, though. I'll tell him about it later. (She's referring to her temptation. Deal with the fact that I'm using 'temptation' to describe it, because I'm not giving it a name.)
I simply nodded with a sigh, and spoke. "Then I guess I could skip... Again?" I said.
"That's great, because I enrolled you out of school~!" I heard outside of the door. It sounded like Flavio. Luciano heaved a breath of annoyance. But he sounded a bit grateful.
Then there was me. I'm pissed off, by the way. "You what?" "You can no longer go to school! Besides if Luciano's done with you soon, you'll be dead anyways!"
"What is up with the dead girlfriend thing?" I questioned. A giggle sounded from the other side of the door. "So he hasn't told you? No wonder you came here~"
I promised not to ask questions. I promised. I can just ignore it now... Right?
Luciano looked a little worried on how I would react. I looked him straight in the eyes, and placed my wrists on his shoulders. Using the weight I could muster, I pushed him down.
Still, I stared at him straight in the eye.
"Hello~~~?" Flavio spoke from the other side of the door.
I couldn't help it, but I giggled.
"Luciano... If you ever try to kill me..." I said through a smile.
"Don't..." Luciano looked a little confused.
"Just... Don't." I got off of him and dressed myself. He just sat up, staring at me.
"Bella, I won't kill you." Now completely dressed in a black T-Shirt and a plain pair of dark jean shorts, I looked back at him. "Then I guess I'll just have to trust you."
I wanted this conversation over. That was the quickest exit. And maybe... I should try trusting him. I smiled, thinking of an idea.
"But first, you have to kiss me."
He smirked and pulled me towards him, pulling his lips against mine and forming a long, passionate kiss. I melted into it, until we finally pulled away for breath.
"So... I guess I don't have school anymore..." I spoke, after catching my breath. "Yeah. I hope you don't mind, but I still have to finish this year." I shook my head. "Then if you're going to finish, you better hurry to class today." He sighed and nodded, dressing himself in appropriate clothes for school.
"I'll see you later, bella." Were his farewell words. I nodded, accepting his kiss on my cheek.

If he talks about marriage... I wonder when he'll propose?
