10.Strike a deal pt.2

. . . One week later . . .
Do I him or do I keep it to myself?
I need to know what Bill meant by giving me the responsibility?!

"Um... Earth to lilly!"
I feel Dipper taking the journal away from my face.
I try and reach for it but it was too late.
"Give me that!" I say.
"No. You have been way too obsessed with it today!
You need to take a minute or two to chill out!" He says.

I sigh. I was not going to take a minute or two to chill out?!
I needed to figure out whatever I needed to know so I could be prepared.
I stand up and grab my coat. I needed to find Gideon.
Maybe that will releave me of some of this stress? I say to myself.
"Where are you going?" he asked. I kept on walking.
"I need answers!" I yell. Then I hear a vase break behind him.
"And I need them now!" I say not caring about the broken vase.

"What the..." I hear him say.
I knew he was examining the glass on the ground.

I stomp out the front door and slip the journal ,he hadn't noticed I took with me, into My satchel I brought.
Everytime I would get angry that would happen now.
Something would break or shatter to the ground.

And when I was confused I noticed that if I had a drink or any kind of liquid it would start to break the laws of gravity!

My suspicions were that this was happening because of Bill.
This is why i need to find that little twerp Gideon.
Dip had told me about Gideon in the past.
Who is to say that Gideon wouldn't try anything else stupid?
So I needed to be careful...

I have heard rumors around town that he was done with his jail time and He would be lurking some place around the forest.

Old man muggucet could only give me a clue to where he was.
He said that of i was going on the hunt for Gideon that I would half to think small...
But I mean, if I was going to find this boy... I guess it makes sense in a way.

I had made a map of the forest and what I have explored so far.
I look at it and then my phone goes off.
I look at the message:

since I had remembered how to read caesar cipher I quickly uncoded it:

HE will find YOU

I sigh. I was getting nowhere.
I look up from my map and notice a small pine tree.
It was the smallest I have seen. It went a little higher than me But that was pretty small
compared to
the others.

I looked at the sapling like tree closely. I locate Where I'm at on the map and Mark it.
Great. I just accomplished about...
-99.9% of nothing.
I say to myself.

I turn when I hear a voice.
"H- Hello?" I hear.
I turn back and see a boy. He had white, messy hair and was about 3 or 4 inches smaller than me.

"Are y-you lost?" he says.
"A-re you Gideon Gleeful?" I ask a bit hesitant at first.
He looks at me curiously and scared at the same time.
"Yes...let me guess. Your gonna shame me like the rest of this worn down town. Well I really do-"

"That's not why I'm here at all." I say.
He looks at me confused.
"Y-you're new to Gravity Falls aren't you?" he asks.
"Sort of." I respond.

"Oh...Well. How do you know my name?" he asks.
"That is another reason I needed to find you."
I say.
He gives me this look of disapproval.
"Of this has anything to do with the pines family and I then I am afraid that you will get nothing out of me. Now I suggest you run off." he says.
I was getting confused and angry at the same time.
It was weird. He looked over at a puddle that seemed to have the water floating up.
