20.Puppet Strings pt.2

Lilly's POV

I followed Bill around now.
He went to talk with Gideon about what I could do... My powers.
The day was almost over and Bill had snuck back into the house.

"L-lilly?" I hear.
I look up to see Dipper.
"D-dipper!" He says.
W-what?!
He still had my eyes and voice.

"N-no! Dipper! I-its not m-me! Please!"
I shout.
"Relax blue jay! I'm just playing with his emotions!" he says in...my head.

I felt a tear go down my cheek.
"Thank god! Are you okay?" he says walking up to him.
He made it look like I had been bleeding out.
Don't believe it Dipper...
He knows I have the powers...
Come on...

He looked at the wound as Bill held it close.
"D-d-Dipper..." he stuttered.
That no good dorito...

Dipper was sort of...confused.
He took a step back.
"Where's Lilly...Bill." he said.
Thank god...

"Very clever pine tree..." he returned to his voice.
My eyes were returned to normal.
I sighed.
I looked out the window and saw sunset almost over.

"Bill it's time to give Lilly her body back!" Dipper shouted.
I wasn't focused on bill until now.

He messing with my hair, skin, and hands.
"I love the upgrades!" Bill admired my features.
Ew... Gross....
"NOW!" Dipper commands.
I missed him in so many ways.
"Fine! Fine! Here she comes pine tree!" he said.

Then everything felt weird...
Then it was pitch black.

Dippers POV

Her eyes return normal and she falls limp.
I rush over to her. Her body was super pale. I held her close to me as if she were my only source of life.

It felt like she was though.

"W-wake up Lilly p-pad..." I whispered, stuttering like crazy.
I felt her pulse and it was still beating.
I took a deep breath of relief.
Your gonna be okay lillypad...
Your gonna be okay....

7 hours later

I stayed awake until around midnight when I saw her eyes open.
She shot up. She was sobbing and I stood up to comfort her.
I hated seeing her like this.

"I-I'm sorry d-d-dipper...I didn't kn-know..." She cried into my shoulder.
"It's okay...your gonna be alright..." I cooed.
She latched on to me for dear life.
I felt her fingers through my Brown messy hair.

The hug lingered for at least almost 5 to 10 Minutes.
When I let go I saw her terribly tear stained face.
My heart broke just seeing her heart broken...

I cupped My hands around her face. A shiver was sent down my spine by the coolness of her cheeks.
"Y-you cold. Here."I say grabbing a blanket from behind me.
I put it around her gently.

She accepted the cover and smiles weakly.
I sit down on my bed next to her and sigh.
I'm sorry for everything...
I was being a jerk...
Please forgive me...

Lilly's POV

I love you...
I miss you...
I was stupid...
Please forgive me...

My thoughts moved around in My head over and over again.
"Are you okay from all o-of.... That?" he asks.
"Hm? Oh... Uh... Yeah i-i guess."
I say. I bring the blanket closer to me.

"I miss you...a lot..." I spot out. I cover my mouth.
I did NOT mean to say that?!
"Y-you do?" he stutters.
I sigh and nod.
"I was a ticking bomb. I had all that anger inside me after all that's happened and I finally blew up."
I say metaphorically.

"I-it was m-my f-fault... I shouldn't h-have gone off a-at you like th-that. I-im s-sorry."
He apologizes.
I giggle slightly.

"You know...you sure do stutter alot-"

"Wha- oh my gosh?! Do I?! :-* am s-so sorry and-"
"Ok!ok! Don't hurt yourself! Besides... Its cute!" I say.
He blushed madly.
I smirked and pecked his cheek.

"I- uh... Wel- hehe... I a- wow...."
He was being so stutterish.
( is that a word? I think it is. Is it? )
It goes silent. "Y-you should probably g-et some rest..."
He says. He moves a strand of hair from my face and leaves.
I look out the window, seeing all of the stars and constolations.

I saw one that caught my attention right before I turned.
"Hang in there Big Dipper... Hang in there."

( still have no clue of that's a word... I..don't know. Sorry but I couldn't think of much for this chapter... )
