Chapter 38

-Saturday-
I woke up at 4 am. I took a quick shower and got dressed. I put on a white with glue striped dress and nudish heels. I did my hair, and then I grabbed my stuff and put them into my pink with gold bag. I walked downstairs to have some breakfast, after breakfast we drove to Atlanta.
-at set-
I walked to the sat and saw Chandler I ran to him.
"I missed you!" I said while hugging him.
"I missed you too!" He replied.
"Why so fancy?" Chan asked.
"After filming I have another interview." I said.
"How many did you do this week?" He asked.
"Like, eight." I said.
"I bought the album!" Chan then said.
"Really?" I asked.
"Of course I did! Even though I hate country, I love you." He said.
"I love you too." I replied. I gave him a kiss.
"Okay, now I'm going to get dressed." I said I walked to my trailer to get dressed. After that I had hair and makeup and the script reading.
-script reading-
"So, today will just be little scenes, and then we'll be finished with filming for season 6." They said.
-after script reading-
We started filming the scenes where I am in first, because of my schedule😒
-SCENE-
I walked into the house and packed my stuff. I ran into Carl.
"Where are you going?" He asked.
"I can't be here, knowing that my family still is alive. I am getting weak." I said.
"If you leave, Josh will go out there and risk himself to find you!" Carl said.
"I know, that's why I wrote him a letter." I said. I walked to the door, and turned the doorknob.
"What about me?" Carl asked. I let my hand go of the doorknob and turned around with a tear rolling down my face.
"I... I don't know. What about you?" I replied.
He walked over to me and grabbed my hands to calm me down.
"I don't want you to leave. I want you to be with me." He said.
I hugged him tightly.
"I just don't know what to do anymore." I said while sitting down on the floor.
"Please, don't leave. Do it for Josh, do it for me." He said while looking into my eyes.
I kissed him.
"I'll do it for both of you." I said.
-END SCENE-
"That was good!" Someone said.
"Thank you." Chandler and I replied. I walked back to my trailer to get dressed. I walked to the makeup trailer, to get this makeup off and apply red lipstick and eyeliner.
I walked out of the trailer. And walked to the car. Chan walked to me.
"Don't you forget the dinner tonight?" He asked.
"I won't." I said. I gave him a kiss.
"Cya tonight." I said.
"Bye." He replied. I got into the car and then we drove to the interview. We arrived at the building after 10 minutes, I walked in.
"Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Holly." She said.
"Nice to meet you too. I am Karlie." I replied.
"Follow me." She said. We walked to the room where they were giving the interview. Someone put a microphone on me.
"Hello Karlie, how are you?" She asked.
"I am doing great! With the album out, with my friends and family." I said.
"Can you tell me some more about your album? Because I've noticed that there is some pain in the songs." She said.
"Well, the past year has been amazing. But there happened some pretty terrible stuff too. And you know after I got out of the coma, I just got a totally different look on how I used to do and handle things." I said.
"And why'd you call the album The Lucky One?" She asked.
"Well because one of my songs is called The Lucky One, but also I am so lucky. I mean everything started with actually meeting Chandler. And from there I got to play at Walker Stalker Con's, meet amazing people. I think I got noticed and they offered me a role in The Walking Dead. And that show is amazing! I mean we are just one big family! Everyone is so nice. And I got access to a studio, so I recorded a demo and I went with it to Nashville. And I dropped it off at Big Machine Records like 'Hey my name is Karlie Heller, I am 16 years old and it would be amazing if you'd give me a call, bye.' And after we did that I went to the Bluebird Cafe and there Scott noticed me singing and he just offered me a  deal." I said.
"Wow, that's one special story." She said.
"So how's everything going with you and Chandler, I mean, how many songs did you write about him on the album?" She asked.
"Between me and Chandler everything is going amazing! Yes, we had some ups and downs, and I write songs about ups and downs, that's how I express my feelings. So the deluxe album has 20 songs, and uhm... 11 songs are about him.." I said.
"Which ones are not about him?" She asked.
"State Of Grace, Forever And Always, The Lucky One, All Too Well, Untouchable, Superstar and You Are In Love." I said.
"How's everything going with the sales?" She asked.
"As far as I know it's going really good, Monday I get to know how many albums there are sold, so that's very exciting." I said.
"How many do you think that there are being sold by the end of the week?" She asked.
"I honestly think around the 55.000." I said.
"Well I think that it is a little bit more, but we'll see." She said.
"Indeed we will." I said.
"I really, like the album cover and booklet too." She said.
"And you know what's the best about the booklet?" I asked.
"No." She replied.
I grabbed the booklet and went to I Wish You Would. "Well, all letters are just small, but there are some capital letters, so this one says 'I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.'" I said.
"Well, that's a new thing I can do at home." She said.
"Yea, it is in every song." I said.
"The Lucky One Secret Messages." She said.
"Yes." I said.
"Well Karlie thank you for coming." She said.
"Thank you for having me." I replied. We stopped the interview. I walked out of the building to the car.
"Let's surprise Rachel." I told my mom. We drove to Rachel's house.
I rang the doorbell, Rachel opened.
"SURPRISE!!" I screamed.
"OMG KARLIE COME IN!" She screamed back. We walked to Rachel's room, and our mothers were talking in the living room.
"How are you?" She asked.
"I am doing great! And you?" I asked.
"I mean, I could've been better." She said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Well, I am going to the same school as Chan now, and uhm..." She said.
"What?" I asked.
"I met a guy, and i went on a date with him, he had a car. And I was thinking he was the one, but he was just using me." She said.
"Are you ok?" I asked.
"Now you're here yes!" She said.
"Look at what I've got!" She said. She grabbed my album, that was on her nightstand.
"OMG! Are you serious?" I asked.
"In the morning, in the line waiting for the store to open!" She said.
"Omg I love you!" I said.
"So how are you and Chan doing?" She asked.
"We are amazing. I've never been so happy with a guy. Like do you remember Derek?" I asked.
"Yea I do, let's not forget your crushes Drew and Stephen. And Cory." She said.
"Okay, okay, but I've never even been this happy, album selling out, having the best friend, having a great boyfriend and full family and fan support." I said.
"I mean, if the album sold good this week, we are going to make plans for a tour." I said.
"You are so lucky!!" She said.
-after a few hours-
"I gotta go, we have a The Walking Dead dinner, we finished filming season six, and I have to tell you, get emotionally ready, it's one big roller coaster ride." I said.
"I will." She said. We walked downstairs. My mom and I left for the dinner.
"Hey guys!" I said, the entire cast was here.
"Hey Karlie!" Some people said. I got some congratulations for my album.
There were some speeches, and then I had to give one.
"Well, I know I've only been here since season six, but I mean I am so grateful for that I got to meet all of you, you are amazing people. I'm usually very shy, but when I met ya'll it was different, I instantly felt comfortable being around you and every single person in here is amazing. And I can't wait to film season seven wit ya'll." I said. They applauded.
-after the dinner-
We drove back home to Nashville. I was listening to some music and then David Mead came on with his song Nashville, K started jamming out. (Lol me 24/7)
When we arrived back home I got dressed brushed my teeth and jumped into bed.
