Our Summer

Chapter 7

May's POV

     "Nathan where are we going?" 

"you'll just have to see!" 

     "But I can't see. I'm blind folded" I said with a giggle.

"Well obviously we'll just take the blind fold off"

     "ok."

I waited another 5 minutes until he took off the blind off of me.

     "Nathan what is all this? Where are we?" 

"We're in New York silly." 

      "New York? Why are we in New York? We never even left California."

"It's ok May. I need to ask you something really important."

     That's when something cold hit me.

Cole's POV

     We just landed in New York and May was still sleeping. I tried waking her up saying we landed but she still didn't wake up. May started to move around and mumble something about New York. Did she wake up? No she didn't. I tried jumping up and down screaming in her ear that she needs to wake up. I swear May is the heaviest sleeper I know. I called Nathan over to try and wake her up. He whispered something in her ear about NY and something about her and him at a  park. She still didn't wake up.         I saw Nathan had a devilish smile on his face. I saw him pull out a water bottle that was a little less than half way full. I knew exactly what he was doing so backed away and just watched. He poured the water over May's head. It was actually quite funny. she woke up pretty p-ed off. 

May's POV

     I woke up pretty p-ed off then I realized who threw the water over my head. Nathan and Cole apparently found this very funny. What they didn't know was that I will get them back when they least expect it.

     "Thanks guys" I said fake pouting like a 5 year old. 

"Sorry you wouldn't wake up so I just couldn't resist."

      "whatever."

     5 minutes later they finally got me a towel after their 10 minute laughing fest. After I was done drying off we grabbed out luggage and made it to the parking lot. Was I sad that I wasn't going to see Nathan for a little. The answer to that is yes! I'm going to see him son I hope. 

     "So mMay do you want to meet up soon. And I want Cole to come too. I want you guys to meet somebody." 

     "Ok sounds good" I said with tons of excitement. It was like he was reading my mind. If he is then he knows a lot of embarrassing stuff about me. 

      "Fine with me too. But who is this mystery person you want us to meet?"Cole wondered.

" I'm not saying. You'll just have to see for yourself."

     "Ugh ok. Your killing me smalls!" Cole said throwing her hands up in the air. She was a real goof sometimes. 

     We headed off to the apartment Cole and I decided to stay in. I am seriously pumped for this summer. With the way things are going I am going to have the best summer in the entire world. ME!
