Chapter 15

Nathan's POV

    I was tossing and turning in the hospital bed starting to wake up. I really didn't want to but I had to. I slowly opened my eyes after another 5 minutes of tossing and turning. I was expecting the sun to be blinding me through the window on my right. I was wrong. The sun was actually setting. Like any normal boy my age I instantly went to reach for my phone in the nightstand drawer. I got some notifications and a text from a random number. It said...

'Meet me in the cafeteria in 10 minutes. I will be wearing a black hoodie and gray sweatpants.'

    That was 5 minutes ago. Great I got to get moving! I hurried up went to the bathroom, fixed my hair, put on some sweats and a hoodie, grabbed my phone, and ran out the door. The cafeteria was only down the hall and to the left. I sprinted not bumping into anyone because the whole hospital looked empty. They must not have as much staff at night. I made it to the wooden cafeteria doors with 1 minute to spare. I slowly pushed the door open and look for the mystery person that texted me.
    I looked around and saw a person with the same exact clothes that were sent in the text. they had the hood pulled up so I couldn't see the face clearly. They lifted their head a little to look at me as I was walking. The face looked so familiar but I just couldn't place my finger on who it was. I made it over to the table in the very back. I sat down across from the mystery person.

    "You texted me?" I said waiting for this person to speak.

"Yes I did because we need to talk" This person replied pulling the hood down. I was in total shock with who it was!

    "What are you doing here Oliver?" I asked almost a little disgusted.

"I'm surprised you wouldn't know considering you put me in here." He said with a smirk on his face.

    "That's right." I said with no emotion. "I'm not technically not the one who beat you up."

    "I know. That jerk Dustin did." Oliver said with anger in his voice.

"Ya I know how you feel. He beat me up too and that's why i'm here."

    "That's actually why I texted you to come here. I want to get revenge on him." Oliver said with an evil look on his face.

"I'm in! I hate that jerk even if he is my cousin. " I stated with anger boiling inside me.

    "Great! I have the perfect plan." Oliver explained the whole plan to me and I was totally on board.

"Wait there is just one flaw with that plan!"

    "And that would be?"

"How about his girlfriend?"

    "Your right! What are we going to do with her?"

"Well before I came here to see you I saw someone laying in the hall and i'm pretty sure it was her."

    "Perfect! I bet she is still there! We are going through with this plan now!" We stood up from the table and ran to my hallway. We made it just in time because i'm pretty sure that May was starting to wake up. We ran towards her with hoods up. I started shaking her...

May's POV

I was sleeping peacefully until I felt someone shaking me. I knew it was just Dustin so I just kept my eyes closed. Dustin kept violently shaking me so I slowly opened my eyes. I saw 2 tall men in hoodies. Definitely not Dustin. I stood up just staring at them. I was scared. I slowly made my way towards the the hospital doors. I made a mad run but someone snatched my wrist. I tried fighting this man off and scream but he was too strong and the other guy came and covered my mouth. I kept kicking and throwing punches to them trying to free myself. The other man holding my mouth started to pinch my shoulder in the hardest way possible and all I remember is seeing this blurry face before everything blacked out.

   Dustin's POV

I was in the middle of a very peaceful rest when I heard some commotion outside my door. I swear those doctors sounded like they were having a party out there. I just rolled over and closed my eyes again. The noise just kept continuing so I hopped out of bed to see what all the ruckus was about. I opened the door checked up and down the hall and there was nothing? That is odd? Where was May? She was probably just out eating or maybe getting stuff form the apartment for all I know. She'll come back I hope...
