I went back to watching the water when a hand was placed on my shoulder and it definitely wasn't a bird on my shoulder. It had a strong grip and felt like a guy's hand...

   May's POV

I was scared to turn around but I did anyway.

"Hello miss, I'm officer Larson. Is everything ok?" The officer asked me. "We were called by some neighbors here saying that they heard multiple screams."

"I'm so sorry officer. Nothing her is ok. I got into a fight with my one friend and he tried to beat my other friend over here up. He also tried to attack me and I attacked him out of defense because he was beating up Dustin over here who was already passed out." I told the officer my whole case.

"Ok, I'm gonna need to ask you 2 some questions."

"Ok."

"How severely were you two hurt?"

"I was not beat up badly. I just passed out due to stress and woke up and Dustin was beat up and bloody." I confessed to officer Larson.

"I was beaten severely Atleast thats what I remember before I was knocked out." Dustin said a little lost.

"When I woke up from being passed out I found Dustin passed out with a bloody and bruised face. He was also punched quite a few times if I recall."

"Ok, thank you both. Next question where did the fight happen and could you please take me there?"

"Ya sure." Dustin, Officer Larson, and I walked for about 2 minutes until we made it to the waterfall. We entered where the scene took place. There laid Nathan's still passed out body. Bloody and beaten like Dustin's. He started to move a tad bit which meant he was coming too.

"Here we are officer. That is Nathan's body over there."

"Ok thanks. We have an ambulance for your friend on the way."

"Ok, thanks again officer." I said and so did Dustin.

We waited for 5 minutes until we heard sirens. Dustin gave me his keys so I could drive to the hospital. The ambulance has arrived and brought the stretcher to Dustin. As he was being rolled away I said I would meet him at the hospital. Dustin left and I headed to the car. I heard more sirens but just assumed it was going another way.

   Dustin's POV

I was in the ambulance just thinking to myself about what just happened. Then I realized that I never got an answer from May. Great! guess it'll just have to wait for a while. We made it to the hospital within 5 minutes and I was put into testing instantly. It wasn't very long though. After 3 tests I was put into a room to just relax. So that's exactly what I did.

   May's POV

I was driving to the hospital just thinking of how Dustin was doing. Hope he was doing alright. I made it to the hospital and ran inside worried. i ran up to the old lady at the front desk.

"Excus me m'am was there a 17b year old boy admitted here named Dustin?

"Are you a family member of this Dustin?"

"No m'am i'm i'm i'm his his his girlfriend." I stuttered out.

"I really shouldn't be doing this but to the right 3rd door on the right down the hall."

"Thanks so much!"

I was walking towards his room just thinking to myself. Did I just say I was his girlfriend? I knocked on the door and a male doctor opened the large brown that separated Dustin and I.

"I'm looking for a Dustin. Is there one here?

"Yes there is and who are you?"

"I'm his girlfriend." I relied confident this time.

He turned around and I caught a quick glimpse of Dustin. He was awake. Yes!

"Dustin your girlfriend is here to see you." the doctor said stepping out of the room as I stepped in. I saw Dustin's eyes light up when the doctor said 'Girlfriend.'

"Do you really like me May?" He said in the cutest voice possible.

"Yes I really do!" I replied happily putting my hand to the back top of his head. I leaned down and kissed his forehead. He just looked at me and blushed. I did the same right back to him. I can't believe I have a BOYFRIEND!
