Michael

We arrived back at the hotel near the airport about half an hour later.
I was currently sitting on a chair as Ambur tended to my knuckles that were all cut and bloody after punching the wall. I was barely in any pain, it was just a slight sting; but I knew that was just from adrenaline that suddenly coursed through my veins.

I was completely devastated that Leah didn't remember me. All she remembered that I was a member of her favourite band. I was going to do anything and everything to make her remember who I was, what we had together, and everything we could still have.

"You're all done," Ambur told me, putting the rub in alcohol back in the first aid cabinet, provided by the hotel
"Thanks," I smiled at her. A few minutes later, Luke, Ashton and Calum joined us in the small kitchenette, they'd been in the other room

"We have to show you something," Ashton spoke up
"What?" I asked
"I didn't realise what was going on at the time, and in pretty sure we were the only people in the waiting room," he said, "but someone filmed your little... I don't know what to call it,"
"You can say it," I told him, "my little meltdown,"
"Yeah,"
"It was Georgia," Ambur said, "she had her phone out, and in pretty sure she was filming the whole thing,"
"Fuck," I groaned, "this is just what I fucking need,"
"What are you gonna do?" She asked
"I'm expecting a call from management any second now," I told her, "that's if they've seen it,"
"What time is it over in London?" She asked, knowing that our management team at Modest were located in London
"They're ten hours behind us," Luke said, "and it's currently, eleven thirty in the morning here,"
"So like one thirty?" I asked, "they wouldn't have seen it,"
"It's gonna be hard for us to get anywhere," Ashton said, "there's gonna be paps everywhere we go,"
"Yeah, they're all gonna bombard us with questions about what happened," I agreed, "so what do we do?" I asked
"We find another hotel to stay in, seeing as we have to be out of here  in a couple of hours," Calum said, "is there anything close to the hospital?" He asked
"The one we stayed in when we were here on tour?" I suggested
"Do you know the name?" He asked
"Hyatt," Luke told us, "but I can't remember if it was the Park or the Grand,"
"Just look it up," Ambur said, "we need to figure some stuff out, like how the fuck we're gonna get Leah to remember Michael, especially since none of us are probably going to be able to get in to see her,"

We sat there thinking of ways to get into the hospital to see Leah. I wouldn't be surprised if her parents, well her step mum; had told the staff that none of us were allowed to see her. The thought of that alone broke me.
I was dragged out of my thoughts by my phone ringing, "hello," I answered
"Is this Mr Clifford?" The person asked on the other end
"Yeah whose this?" I asked
"This is doctor Stephens calling from St Vincent's Hospital,"
"Oh," I sighed, "is Leah okay? Did something happen?" I couldn't help but expect the worst, why would the doctor be calling me, after what went down in the waiting room?
"She's still in the same condition, but she has requested to see you and Miss Lopez," he explained
"Okay, thank you," I told him, "we'll be there soon," I jumped off the chair, feeling happy for the first time in over twenty four hours
"Who was that?" Ash asked
"The doctor," I told him, "Ambur," I turned to the small girl, "Leah wants to see us,"
"But her parents said we couldn't go?" She questioned
"Yeah I know, but Leah's twenty three, so basically her parents have no say," I shrugged, "let's just go,"
"Yeah," she agreed
"Do you think she's remembered?" I asked her
"I don't know," she told me, bursting the small bubble of hope that had appeared, "but it's very possible,"
