Hayes' POV

It's been about a week since I've met Ben and Adam. They're both very nice and fun people to be around, but I still don't really like the idea of them joining the business.

They were all just here about an hour ago.

We had all decided to hang out together and get to know each other better.

We sat outside on the back patio talking not only about the business, but our personal lives and interests and were just being guys.

Danica's POV

I was sitting at the kitchen table editing pictures that I took earlier of the beach, listening to Hayes rant on about his thoughts on these new people in his friend group.

I'm still a little lost in the conversation though.

"So, you don't want Ben and Adam to take care of Tucker's because you don't know them that well?"

"Yeah, I don't know if they can be trusted or responsible enough to do this."

"Why don't you talk to them about it instead of monitoring them then? Maybe you could have a job interview or background checks or something." I suggested "I guess." He shrugged

I don't really want to get too involved in this since it's his little business with his friends. I'm not involved and don't really want to be either.

Hayes' POV

I decided to give them both job interviews. The guys also seemed to be pleased with the idea, and I was really anxious to do this.

I was sitting in my office, waiting for Adam to show up for the interview.

He seems to desperately want this job.

There was a knock on the wooden door, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Come in." I said while setting down a few pieces of paper in front of me.

Adam walked in, wearing a suit and holding a briefcase. He had a different haircut than usual and a big smile across his face.

He looked prepared and confident for this.

He sat down in the chair in front of my desk, set his briefcase down beside him on the ground, and handed me a few pieces of paper, filled with paragraphs of his typed work.

"Hello, Adam." I said while putting out my hand for him to shake "Hello, Hayes." He shook my hand with that smile still across his lips.

"Are you ready to start the interview?" He asked "Yes." He nodded

"Why do you think you're suitable for this job?" I asked

"Well, when I turned twenty-two, I worked in a bar in Austin, Texas for about three months until I moved here a few years ago."

"Ok," I said while writing down a few notes.

"So, I'm guessing since you've worked in a bar before you're very familiar with alcohol?" I asked "Yes." He nodded.

"Have you ever worked in a work-place filled with your friends?" "Well, at the bar, I did work with a few friends." "Did you get distracted very easily or did you ever distract them?" "No. We were all very serious about our jobs and tried our best to stay focused."

"So, do you have a family or a wife?" "Actually, my girlfriend and I split up a couple of months ago." "Awe, I'm sorry to hear that." "Yeah. I wanted a family, she didn't, so. Yeah. But my brother, Brian, has a son and a daughter, and we're all very close."

"That's nice. I have a daughter named Audrey." "Oh, how old is she?" He asked "She just turned Four." "They grow up so fast, don't they." He chuckled "Yep. They really do."

"What are you hoping to get out of this job experience?" I asked, trying to get back on topic.

"I was actually hoping that one day I could open up my own business, and I thought a little bit of help and experience would help me before I open up my own bar or restaurant or something."

"Ok." I nodded.

We went on for about thirty more minutes, and I have to admit, it was a pretty good job interview.

He seems to be a great people person, is a great conversation starter, is humorous, and has many more great traits.

I'll just have to talk with the other guys about it.

Ok, I honestly kind of like this chapter.

Please note that I know nothing about job interviews and tried to Google questions and stuff...

I know I keep saying it, but I'll try harder to make better chapters and stuff.

I always say I'll finish them on the weekends then stuff comes up so I apologize.
