Hayes' POV

I was on my way to Tucker's to open up, and get the restaurant ready for business.

I parked in the parking lot and locked my car.

I grabbed the keys to the restaurant out of my pocket and walked up to the door.

I stuck the key into the keyhole and turned it in the lock, unlocking and opening the door.

As soon as I stepped in, it reeked of Alcohol, causing my nose to scrunch up on instinct.

I looked around and everything in the restaurant was torn up.

There was broken glass and spilled alcohol everywhere, some chairs and tables had been badly damaged, and the words "Surprise Bitch" were spray painted on the beige wall in dark red paint.

I put my hands in my hair, slightly tugging it because I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Was it some kind of sick prank or robbers or a competitor business?

I looked around the whole building and nothing seemed to be missing. There was some major damage done, that probably could be fixed within a week, minimum.

I sighed and grabbed my phone from my back pocket so I could call the guys.

Once I called them, I decided to call Danica.

The phone rang three times, then she finally picked up "Hello?" She answered "Hey, Danica, something happened down at the restaurant. Can you find Audrey a babysitter or something and come over?" "Um, sure. What happened though?" "Someone broke in and trashed everything. I don't see anything stolen, but someone definitely broke in." "Well have you called the police?" She asked "No, but I'm about to." "Ok, I'll be over there soon then." She said with a sigh "Ok, bye." "Bye."

I hung up the phone and called the police, so they could investigate or do whatever the hell they do.

Danica's POV

I was laying in my bed with Audrey curled up against my side.

I was playing with the curls in her hair, while she was sleeping and slightly snoring.

I heard my phone start to ring on my nightstand next to me.

I sighed and reached over to pick it up.

The caller ID at the top of the screen said "Hayes Grier" and I slid my finger across the screen to pick it up.

"Hello?" I said "Hey, Danica, something happened down at the restaurant. Can you find Audrey a babysitter or something and come over?" He asked "Um, sure. What happened though?" "Someone broke in and trashed everything. I don't see anything stolen, but someone definitely broke in." "Well have you called the police?" I asked, still trying to process what he was telling me

"No, but I'm about to." "Ok, I'll be over there soon then." I sighed "Ok, bye." "Bye." I hung up the phone and set it back down on my night stand.

"What's wrong, mommy?" I looked down and Audrey was looking up at me.

"Nothing, baby" I kissed her forehead "I just need to call you a babysitter and we need to get ready

"Why?" She rolled over on her stomach and rested her head in the palms of her hands.

"Because I need to go and help out daddy with something, and we want you to stay here." I said while getting out of the bed.

"But why?" She whined "Because we have very important things to figure out." I said while taking out a pair of dark blue skinny jeans.
