How can Roxie be so...Stupid?! She knows I want to go back home. Ugh. Big sisters. And HER getting MARRIED. oh....he will not be happy about this. The necklace in my pocket started to shine a familiar voice came
"Give me e news Lilly."
"Nothing much, Zane," I spat sourly "except that your daughter is getting married to Aphmau's second head guard, Laurence of Metli."
"Remember, I get Aphmau as my bride and she will be powerless against me."
"Nobody else gets hurt. Got it?"
"Yeah yeah."
The amulets stopped glowing. Yeah. I am Zane's 'worthless pawn' as he calls his slaves. All he wants is Aphmau so that she can be powerless. I know that somehow Roxie got blessed by Irene and Aphmau as well. I didn't want Zane to know about Roxie. He might kill her. Aphmau, well...I care about my sister more than her. I cried myself to sleep because today was eventful.
