Roxie pov
Days went by. No one smiled. No one laughed. Not even the children. Lilly and I cried a lot. I didn't even tell him that I loved him. Laurence and I hugged with no words. Kissed without meaning. Ren, was trying to cheer me up. He was upset with the passing of his grandfather, but he barely knew him. Lilly and I berried him near the most beautiful lake. The day has come when the guards leave to fight. I held Ren's hand tight as we walked to say goodbye to Laurence. I saw the mother and children crying for either their husbands and fathers. Friends crying for their friends to stay. Kawaii Chan cried, clutching Dante firmly. Nicole was firm as a statue. Laurence had convinced me to stay, and take care of his son. "Sing to me my darling." He said.
"O-ok."

I took a deep breath the stop myself from crying.

He let go of my grasp. Ren hugged his father. "Come back s-soon...ok?" He asked.
"I promise Ren, I will come back. And take care of your mom for me. Your the man of the house now."
Rennard nodded and went to my side. He held my hand. Laurence kissed me on the forehead and started to walk away. Garroth and Aphmau walked hand in hand. Nicole was stiff. First they were going to head to Pikaro then Bright Port and Scaleswind to pick up soldiers. Then Metali for battle. Laurence walking away was the worst feeling. Lily cried out for Brenden. I snapped back to reality and walked away. Zoey had Levin and Malachi. All three were crying. I straitened my back and continued walking. "Wait, Roxie." Said Zoey.
"Ye-yes?"
"I am taking the boys to The Yagardsale Forest. Do you want to come?"
I looked at my son, he cheeks stained red. "Yes, I will come with you. For Ren."
She nodded and left. I went back to the house. I started to pack my things and Ren packed his. Lilly came by with her suitcase. She is coming too. I packed some food and some drinks. I through the bags over my shoulder and....
I picked up a picture of Laurence and I on the wedding day. His smile made me smile and made me strong. I packed the picture. Then I left for Zoey.

It's been a few days since we left Pheonix Drop. It's night and we set up a camp. I tucked Ren in and Lilly climbed in the tent with him. Levin and Malichi went to sleep in Zoey's tent. Zoey and I stayed up. We ate a little bit and then Just talked.
"So, what's your world like? The other one?" She asked.
"Well....COMPLETELY different from this. There is electricity and...and-" a feeling in my stomach stopped me dead in my tracks. I felt the color in my face disappear. "Roxie? ROXIE?!" Said Zoey. I automatically got up and ran into the Forrest. I crouched down and got sick. I never felt like this before. The pain is real. I felt a hand on my back. When I was done. I fell in my side and clenched my stomach. "Roxie, do you want me to check you out?
I nod my head and she helps me stand. She sits me down on the log I originally sat at. I feels my stomach and I laugh weakly, "that tickles" I say. Zoey is serious. She brings a potion out of her bag and drinks it. The color was pink. Soon her eyes here pink and wide. My pulse started to quicken. "What the hell?" I said. Then she blinks and the pink is gone. "Oh my Irene." She says.
"What?"
She stares at me.
"Zoey?"
No reply.
"ZOEY! ANSWER ME!"
She snaps out of it. It takes her a second to catch her breath.

"Roxane. I am happy for you and sad for you."
I look at her confused. Then the fear hits me so hard I almost fall.
"I....I...I am pregnant.." I say in shock.
Zoey only nodes then hugs me. I can't do this with out Laurence! I begin to cry. Then I loose my fight with sleep and my world goes dark.
