Chapter 6

Jace.

A smirk had placed its self on Jace's tanned face as the stage light blinded me as it shined it's self on Jace's well built body. I could feel my heart pounding against my chest at why he was here and what would he do next. From how i punched him the other day I don't think the odds will be in my favour. I thought fast at what to do, but all that came up tumbled out of my mouth.

"Please don't tell." I begged on the stage after I had put the guitar back in its rightful place before I stared at Jace hoping he won't tell.

"Well well Delilah you have quite the voice there almost like a soft cute little girl. It would be a shame if the school slut court word of that and spread it over the school. She has quite the grudge on you after making her look like a fool" I stood there in shock as he threatened to tell that little biatch about me singing even after I begged him.

"Please don't tell." I begged again as walked over to him still begging for him not to tell because that would mean the witch would end up making me life hell about the singing and that. I knew that I might not be able to handle it even when I talk about the band or music sometimes flashes of that night flew into my mind waiting for a mental break down to happen.

"Maybe I will, maybe I won't, but cause you see we both have a reputation to up hold and you should of not called me Lacey and punched me." A smug smile was placed on his face making me want to shrink away from him having the upper hand here.

"I will do anything if you don't tell. It will just give her something to bug me about." I glared at him as he stood there with a smug face while I was waiting for his answer hoping that he picks the right chose. I could feel a bead of sweat drip down my back at the anticipation from his answer.

"Well from the looks of your skills and the guitar you had in your house I will not tell if you teach me how to play guitar for free so I could do better than you at it and also get some chicks." Man was he going to get it from karma once he shuts up. His smug face would be permanently stuck into my mind from him having the upper hand making me want to puke from what he could do.

"Fine. When do you want to start?" Picking up my phone again I put it in my bag and lobbed it onto my back waiting for his answer.

"Now." I shrugged as he followed me to the car as Tash and Phoeb sat there waiting for me chatting about random stuff again. Making a small smile flutter onto my face from the sight of my friends being a bit normal for once.

"Hey Delilah who's the guy?" They shouted in union while Tash started the car as we got in. I introduced them to Jace as Tash flirted with him making the small smile into an evil.grin at his discomfort. He looked out the window waiting to get to my house as well as being uncomfortable with Tash. Once she pulled up to my house I waved good-bye to them as we got to the door I pulled my key out whilst Jace just leaned there waiting to go in and bug me.

"Here we are my humble home." I announced once we stepped in while he hopped on the couch making himself comfortable as I glared at him.

"So when we start with this lesson?" He looked over to me as I signaled for him to follow me down to the basement to get started. All this could be the worst day of my life so far, oh wait I am wrong. Just when we descended down the stair I saw him do a sweep of the room from the drums to the mic and just stood there shocked. I laughed as I saw his face change from a stupid smirk or grin like always to a mouth wide open.

"Hey close your mouth you will attract flies." I chuckled as he closed it just as I heard the door creak open and I froze not sure who it was.

"Delilah we're home and with food." I felt relieved when I realized it was only Liam and Bell. Looking over to Jace I signaled for him to sit on the couch while I went to see them. A smile came onto my face as I saw Bell run over to me grabbing me into a hug as Liam went to pack away the grocery's he brought. I smiled down at Bell as she wants to come down stairs with me while I teach Jace some stuff.
