Wishes

Chapter 14

My cry was heard throughout the house sending Jace’s arms around me in hope of protecting me as the figure flinched before I let out a loud piercing cry with a different tone sending a different feeling into the wide open air around us.

"Bloody hell Toby!” I shouted whilst I peeled Jace’s strong arms from around my waist and rushed up to the dark figure pulling him into a hug. A smile found itself onto my face whilst I hugged him and turned back to face Jace as he had a look of shock and confusion stuck on his face whilst the warmth of me had gone from the area and into another.

Stepping back I smiled even more and faced Jace before I looked at Toby with his short ruffled brown hair sprouting everywhere in a normal fashion with his chocolate brown eyes looking around while he has a tall muscular built making me smile seeing him again. He wore black skinny jeans, dark blue shirt with a superman sign and a black jacket making my smile widen at the superman t-shirt I gave him for his birthday before I moved.

“Jace” I sang sweetly before I continued hugging Toby as the movie continued as well as Jace’s shocked face copied his emotions.

“This is TOBY!” I shouted in our normal introducing each other fashion we used to do when we were little and pulled Toby over to Jace so they could shake hands or something that guys do whilst I plopped down onto the couch to munch away again on my smarties. Once I had sat I watched the guys to see what they would do which only ended in them just acting like they haven’t seen each other in a long time and just bro hug it out thing before they both sat down next to me in a Delilah sandwich, a very pretty sandwich.

“So Toby Moby I thought you were coming next week?” Meeting his eyes I laughed at so much he had changed from his skinny figure into a 6 pack with his hair changed from its neat straight look to a messed up one just before I face the TV hoping that it was nearly finished the movie.

“I was but I decided to come on Sunday so I texted you about it. Where have you been?” Turning I stared up at him with shock because of all the fun I had yesterday I didn’t remember what the day was making me groan at tomorrow being Monday the worst day ever.

“God I must have been in so much of a state from having this idiot over I didn’t think what day it was or bothered to check my phone.” I arched my eyebrows and nodding my head at Jace before we cracked up laughing and Jace changed the movie to ‘The Hunger Games’ before he settled back down.

“Well if I remember well my dear Delilah you spent most of today trying to kill me” He looked at me before I turned and place my legs onto Toby and laid my head on Jace whilst I looked up at him.

“Well that wouldn’t of happened if you had just given me it.” I huffed before Toby and Jace cracked up laughing at my comment making me groan at the boys stupid thoughts and turned my attention onto the movie before the guys started to chat making me start to daydream away from their boring conversation until I found myself inside a real dream with happiness filling the hole in my thoughts for now.

My ribs hurt as something hard poked against it making my eyes open and light flutter in as I shielded away from the light and found Toby snuggling against her legs and Jace’s arm around me. Wishing for a camera to take a picture of this probably cute looking situation. Grumbling I wriggled as something was poking me just as Jace started to stir making me hope I can get free and again from whatever it was bugging me. Deciding on what to do next I started poking Jace’s face to wake him up just as he mumbled something like ‘5 more minutes mum’ making me snicker  at his words and continued poking his face before I had a brilliant idea which was risky. When I had pulled myself closer I quickly peck Jace’s cheek hoping to wake him up. Even the peck didn’t work making me groan at having being stuck here deciding to go to my plan b.
