Wishes

Chapter 12

I found myself sighing in continent at the looks of me, Jace and Bell snuggling up together watching The Labyrinth as the rain poured down outside while it banged against the window wanting to be let in from the cold reminding me about the days our family would gather around the fire to warm up and tell stories and sing or watch movies from comedies to old westerns.

"Hey there Delly what is with the tears?" I looked up to Jace and saw his eyes staring at me with concern whilst I noticed I had started to cry. I laughed at myself as I realized I was cry in front of Jace again as I wiped away the tears that traveled down my skin.

"Sorry I was just thinking of when our family would gather around the fire to warm up and tell stories and sing or watch movies from comedies to old westerns on a rainy day like this." I sniffed at the memory before I noticed I had started shivering from the cold and snuggled closer to Jace whilst Bell yawned and snuggled closer to me.

"Well it's ok at least you have me and Bell to entertain you on a day like this." He smiled down at me before he pulled a blanket from next to him and placed it over all of us. Hugging him whilst we watched the movie I felt myself yawn at the warmth wrapping it's self around me while the voices of David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly lulling me into a deep sleep as the warmth of Jace's hugged improved my sleepless dream into a wonderful sleep as he whisper 'sweet dreams my angel' thus sending me into a beautiful dream and blissful sleep.

I snuggled closer to the warmth hoping it would not rush away from me as I tried to hold it in place. With the movements of the pillow made me wonder if it was a pillow or something else. Yawning I opened my eyes to see a sleeping Jace placed in my arms making me look at how cute he looked sleeping. When I finished staring at his adorable face I decided to grab some food before he raids the pantry for all the food he can eat. Slowly crawling out of the blankets and his arms I placed them back down and went to make some bacon and eggs yum. When I got to the kitchen I found Liam and Bell sitting in the dining room munching away at their breakfast making me smile. Making me realize I didn’t see Bell asleep on the couch like last night.

"Good morning fellow siblings. Anyone want some BACON and eggs?" Liam chuckled at me before he took a sip of his coffee and placed the news paper down to look at me while Bell shook her head with enthusiasm for the food.

"I would love some BACON and eggs wouldn't you want some Bell?" He laughed as she rushed up to me grabbing hold of my leg wanting the glorious food as Liam continued chuckling at us as he went back to reading the newspaper. Finally making it to the kitchen I pulled out the ingredients and started cooking the delicious food with the smell of bacon filling the air cause come on who doesn't like bacon. The food was nearly cooked when I heard footsteps echo through the kitchen as a sleepy Jace walked in with drool sliding down his face from the heavenly smell.

“You got a bit of drool stuck there.” I point out whilst he wiped it away with Bell skipping back to the table before Jace started to speak.

"Is that the yummy smell of Bacon I smell?" I chuckled at Jace face whilst he stared at the food and pulled me into a hug so he could try stealing some of the food as I started filling plates.

"No touching. Not until I have finished placing the food onto the plates. Just wait because I even added hash browns with the bacon and eggs." I hit his hand away as he smiled at the sound of the food just as he swiped a piece of bacon making me scowl him.

"Don't touch my bacon!" I shouted at him as he went away munching on the bacon before giving a bit to Liam making me scowl at him even more and Liam too. I watched them eat the food making me quickly plate the food as Bell looked at me with puppy eyes wanting what the guys had just before Jace said something.
