I went to the coffee shop.

Daniel was already there.

"Hi, Kacey!"

"You're pretty... Uhm."

He started to blush.

"Hi, you don't look bad either."

"So, what you want to drink."

"Chai."

"Sounds good, I think I'll try it."

I smiled at him.

"I'll be right back, just gonna order."

"Sure."

When he came back, he had two cups of coffee.

We sat and since I didn't know how to break the ice, I just sipped from my cup.

"So, uhm. Who's your boyfriend?

Maybe I know him?"

"Greg.."

"Oh, what's his last name?"

"Hansson."

"He's trouble, just saying..."

"I'm sorry."

He laughed.

"What for?"

"For lying. I broke up with Greg."

"Why? I'm sorry, you tell me if you want to."

It's fine, he cheated on me."

"Wow, what an asshole."

"...."

"I'm sorry I asked."

We sat quiet for a while.

"Well it was the same with my ex girlfriend.

If that helps."

"It really doesn't."

I laughed.

"I really want to do this."

"What?"

He leaned over and kissed me.

"I-I wasn't..."

I stood up to leave.

"No, I'm sorry.

I shouldn't had done that."

"But you did..."

I ran out.

I went to the park where I felt save.

I sat there for a half hour.

Then I saw Daniel.

"Hey, can I sit?"

"Sure."

"Look, I'm really sorry."

"I know you are."

"So...."

"Just don't play with my feelings, ok?!"

"I wouldn't, ever."

He kissed me, this time passionately.

"I have wanted to do this since the first time I saw you."

"Ssh. Don't talk."
