I went back to the hotel crying. "Hi, babe."
I felt Noah hugging me from behind. "Hi..."
"I saw your note... you went on your own!"
"I knew that you'd want to come with me if you knew. And I needed to do it alone."
I turned around and hugged him back. "Did he do anything to you?"
"No, nothing. He was sad, though..."
"He deserves to."
"Noah, stop it. Lets just go out to eat or something."
"Yeah, okay."
He kissed my forehead.
