I was about to answer to what Mia had said but the knocking on the door interrupted me.
"I'll get it." Mia walked to the door and opened it.
"Surprise!"
"Kacey?!"
"Yup, the one and only."
"What are you doing here?!"
"Well, I heard you were having a rough time and as always I want to help."
She laughed.
"Rough time?" I asked and crossed my arms.
Kacey exchanged eye contact with Mia.
"Umm, yeah. With your mom, ya know."
"Oh, okay."
"So I'm going to dress up a bit and we could go grab something to eat!"
"Sure!"
Mia walked in to the bathroom and closed the door behind her.
"So, Noah. Been doin some more douchy stuff?"
"Look, I don't know how much Mia told you."
"She told me enough."
"Oh, I see."
"But like I said, I like to help. So, I'm going to help you win her back!"
"Thank you, Kacey."
I hugged her.
"No problem."
"So I guess you already know about her and Damon."
"Yeah, how they fought and everything."
"No, I meant them kissing."
"They kissed?!"
"Ssh, she might hear you."
"Sorry, but really did they?"
"Yeah..."
"Noah, then I don't know if I can help you. Damon was her first love and if she's falling for him again, she might not let him go."
"Please, Kace. At least try."
"Sure I'll try but I can't promise anything."
