We ate dinner and then Noah's dad wanted to show Noah his new boat.

Noah's mother insisted that she and I stayed getting to know each other.

We went to the living room and sat down.

"So, you're name is Mia?"

"Yes. What's yours?"

"Wanda."

She didn't say anything but stared at me.

In desperation of finding something to say.

"It's a very pretty name."

"Thank you."

Oh boy. She wasn't much of a talker.

"What do you want with my son?"

"Huh?"

I was shocked by the question. Who would ask something like that?

"What are your purposes?"

"I have non. I don't understand, why you're asking me this."

"I simply cannot allow my son be with someone of your status."

"What do you mean by that?!"

"He's got potential and the money to actually be someone and honey, you don't."

"I'm not taking this crap! I came here to be with my friend Noah but if your going to insult me I'm leaving."

"Don't let the door guard stop you."

I grabbed my unpacked suitcase and stormed off.
