Since I know remember everything, I also remember what happened just before the accident.

Damon cheated on me.

I looked at the photo I had by my bed.

It was a picture from the prom.

I trowed it in the trash.

My phone rang.

It wasn't a contact in my phone.

I answered anyways.

"Hello?"

"Hi, it's Mike from the beach."

"Hi! What you want?"

"Uhm... Would you want to go on a date with me?"

I was speechless, I really felt like going out but I just ended a relationship.

"Mm, okay. Where?"

"We can meet at the coffee shop.

I'll drive up to my friends house."

"To your friends house?"

"Yeah, there's a party there."

"Oh, okay."

"I'll pick you up 19.00?"

"Sounds great."

"Bye."

"See you later."

I was excited, a party.

I went to talk with Kacey.

"Hey, Kacey?"

"Yeah?"

"Are you going to a party tonight?"

"I was but today I'm driving Daniel the cripple there to get rid of the wheelchair."

"Too bad..."

"Why?"

"I'm going there with this dude...."

"Nice!"

She highfived me.

"Well, what time is it?"

"At 19.00."

"It's about an hour left...

Have you even put on makeup?"

"I will, I'm just gonna shower first."

Mia walked out of the living room, a moment later I heard her turning on the shower.

I picked up my phone and dialed my foster moms number.

"Hi, Kacey! How are things?"

"Everything is right.

Can you tell me now?"

"What?"

"I've been getting calls from a woman that says she's my mother."

"Uhm, uhm.....Kacey.... I'm sorry.

Your mother left you at an orphanage.

And we adopted you."

"So... James wasn't my real brother?"

"No..."

I hanged up the phone.

I wrote a note to Mia.

I walked to the student dorm where Daniel lived.

"Hi, Kace."

"Hey."

He looked at me suspiciously.

"What's wrong?"

"I was adopted, Daniel."

"What?!"

"Yeah, my mom left me at an orphanage."

He hugged me.

"I'm so sorry."

"It's not your fault."

I smiled as happy as I could.

"Come on, lets get you out of that wheelchair!"
