I shift a bit before smelling Shawn and remembering I'm at his house. I groan and sit up, seeing Shawn is still snoring behind me, his arm slipping off me and onto my leg. I pick it up and put it down before covering him again and head into their kitchen.

"Hey Paisley." Aaliyah is at the counter, eating Lucky Charms.

"What's up?" I yawn and get a glass of water.

"Are you going to homecoming with that guy?" She blurts, out of nowhere.

"How did you know about that?" I frown and lean against the counter, sipping my water.

"Shawn was talking about it a couple days ago." Aaliyah shrugs and puts her bowl in the sink.

"How did he even know?" I wonder aloud.

"He knows everything." She smirks and runs up the stairs, slamming the door behind her.

"Aaliyah!" Shawn groans and rolls off the couch. I chuckle and shake my head, sitting on the counter.

"When did you wake up?" He sighs and walks over to me.

"Like 5 minutes ago." I shrug.

"Wanna go to IHop?" He swings his keys around his finger.

"Sure. But, I gotta change." I hop off of the counter and go to the front door.

"You're wearing leggings and a t-shirt." Shawn groans.

"And? I'm cold."

"Here." He chucks his sweatshirt at me and goes up the stairs.

"Thanks m8." I pull it over my head and slip my Uggs on. He comes back down the stairs after awhile and slips into his Vans.

"Let's go." Shawn opens the door and starts his Jeep. We drive to the closest iHop and get out, stomachs growling.

"Hey are you Shawn Mendes?" A girl that look 12 approahes Shawn just as we walk into the restaurant.

"Yeah." He looks at me before smiling at the girl.

"Could I get a picture with you?" She smiles hopefully up to him.

"I guess." He shrugs and she smiles at me.

"Can you take it?"

"Of course." I open her camera and take it as they pose together. "Here you go."

"Thanks!" She squeals and runs back into the restaurant.

"That was weird." Shawn furrows his brows and walks up the the desk.

"Get used to it." I smile and shake my head.

The waiter seated us and gave us our menus. I ordered an orange juice and Shawn ordered plain ole water.

"Hang on. We have something serious to talk about." I fold my arms when I remembered that he didn't do something he promised he would.

"What?" He laughed and sipped his water.

"Who were you going to ask?" I smirk and lean forward.

"It doesn't matter. She's going with someone else." He shrugs and looks down.

"No. You promised you would tell me." I insist.

"Fine. Aurora." Shawn looks at me with a blank face.

"But you said her name started with a P." I cock my head to the right and frown at him. "Shawn what's wrong?"

"I wanted to ask you okay?" He sighs and starts drinking his water again.
